Desired Outcome

I would like to return item I received, very small & false description & credit on my charge card for the item I never received. Total $61.75

Will not refund or allow return of incorrect product size sent. Deletes negative reviews from social media to appear to have better products.
I placed 2 large orders at the beginning of July based on all social media reviews being positive. I received 2 items. The first was a pair of shorts that were sent in the wrong size. I contacted the company for resolution. They asked for picture proof the shorts were the wrong size, including needing a photo of the shipping label. I sent what they asked for. They responded that their order form shows they sent the correct size. I informed this was unacceptable and they said they would send a coupon for me to order the right size, I just have to pay shipping, but did not send the code. I responded that this was unacceptable and received an automated response. The rest of my order has been sitting in China for 2 weeks with a shipping label created. When I went to their Instagram page O commented about my negative experience. Short and no cursing, only the that they sent the wrong size and failed to take ownership of a mistake within their company. My comment was deleted. 5 times. This is why their Instagram appeared to only have positive word of mouth. No resolution. Almost $300 on orders. One pair of shorts in the wrong size and a top that is ill fitting.

Desired Outcome

Ask the company to send the correct size shorts and send other products ordered. Also request they keep honest customer reviews on their social media.

Company sent the wrong size and will not refund unless we pay the return mailing cost to Israel which is more than the item is worth.
My daughter, *** ordered a size XL pair of leggings. I paid for them with my credit card. The company sent a much smaller pair that was untagged and unlabeled. We compared it to a size L and it was much, much smaller. We requested a refund or to return to get an XL but the company insists that we return the leggings to Israel and pay the mailing cost. The mailing costs are more than the leggings are worth. The company made the mistake and needs to either refund and pay the mailing cost or replace and pay the mailing cost for the return and mailing of the correct size. The company does not deny their mistake in size but they refuse to pay the cost of their mistake and expect us to do so. Please see our original receipt for all details, including order #, payment amount and method, date of order, etc.Also attached is the email from the company explaining that the return will cost more than the item bought. We want a refund or we want the new item to have a proper label and tag sent free of mailing costs and a paid-for return mailing label.

Desired Outcome

At this point, we would like to get a refund. I do not want to support a business that conducts itself this way. We are happy to return the item in question, but would insist that they pay for the mailing cost to return to where ever it is they wish. I'm willing to bet that if they are paying for the return, it will not be to Israel! I would like a full refund and the full mailing costs to return the item.

This is a bait and switch- takes months to get your order, they will not cancel your order or refund your money. They don't tell you it's dropped ship

It's a bait and Switch. You make your order you receive it 3 months later and it's not the same quality as pictured and very smelly and drop shipped from China (which you are never told prior to ordering). Finally when your merchandise does not arrive (2-6 weeks turnaround)you message these people and they will not refund your money . When you get the merchandise 3 plus months later it's fake nothing like the picture and smells horrible. My order number is #XXXXX. My order was placed on 4-18-2020 for the amount of $97.20. I contacted these people on Many times and my issues were never resolved. Now, 3 months later, that I received the merchandise they will not refund for their fake merchandise but instead want to send me more free fake merchandise. Initial contact to cancel my order was 4/23, then 4/24, 4/25, 5/28, 6/17, 6/18, 6/19,6/29

4 months and no package was ever sent. It's taking so long in fact that the tracking number completely expired. They also delete any complaints on IG
I bought from Fs-sportswear.com four months ago. No movement in package. USPS says they are waiting for the package and in the meantime the tracking code expired.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund, but ultimately this site should be taken down because they are fraudulent and they steal images from bombshell sportswear.com. Any warnings to people or bad reviews they delete and block even though it's true and valid statements.

I ordered leggings from them for $53 March 30th, 2020 and have not recognized anything as of June 25, 2020

FitSpirit has failed to deliver items in the amount of time stated by both the customer service representative and their website. It's taken months.
On 3/6/20, I ordered 2 pair of leggings from FitSpirit. The order shipped on 3/10/20 and the estimated delivery time listed on their website is 10-15 business days. I did not get my first item, of order # XXXXX, until 4/18/20. I haven't received the second item yet. After almost 2 months, I looked at the tracking activity to see what was going on. No tracking activity had been updated after 3/24-3/31 and I noticed that the tracking number had actually expired. After being told by FitSpirit that my package had just cleared customs in my country, prior to realizing the tracking number expired, I emailed them to ask about how this affects my delivery. I also went on the website from the carrier to find out what an expired tracking number means, in which it means that something unforeseen happened to the package and the company who sent it needs to do an investigation. So I emailed a screenshot of that information to FitSpirit. Prior to finding out all this information about my useless tracking number, that had already been expired for quite a while, Kayla, the customer service representative that I had been in contact with, kept sending me all these very automated, computer generated like responses. All she ever said was "your package should be with you very soon", "please try to be a little more patient." Another month goes by and they tell me the same exact thing, nothing different. I had to get a little snippy with them because they would never actually try to find out what was going on with my package when I asked about it because it's been so long. Now, when I send them the screenshot of the expired tracking number information is when, and ONLY when, they decided to do an investigation. They were never going to do an investigation in the first place. The reason I know this is because the last few emails from them were as follows (these are just simplified answers) in this particular order: "We see that your package is waiting to clear your country's customs." Then "We see that your package has just cleared your country's customs." But when I asked about it the last time, before I sent them the screenshot, they told me "We see that tour package is waiting to clear your country's customs." That's when I decided to look into the tracking number myself, which is what prompted me to send them the screenshot. Come to find out after they've done their investigation that my package was lost in transit which is why there was no tracking number activity, and subsequently expiring. If I hadn't brought this to their attention they wouldn't have done anything on their part to help me figure out what is going on with my package. This is what should've been done after the first couple of times I asked, instead they continued to give me blow off answers. The next email I received stated that they apologize for the inconvenience and have sent out a reshipment if my order and that I should receive a tracking number within 7-10 days, NOT business days. I was told to contact them if I don't receive a tracking number. Well, it's been 21 days and no tracking number sent to me. I contacted them on 6/17/20 asking where the tracking number information is because it was never sent to me. Once again, Kayla responded with the same *** they've been feeding me from the beginning. She said "We just checked the status of your order and we can see that you should get the order soon. Your order is waiting to be cleared in your country's customs." The only other thing that was sent to me was a screenshot of the tracking ACTIVITY, not the actual tracking number. How do I know that's my actual order information? There is no tracking number anywhere in the screenshot, matter of fact it can't even be clicked on. I replied telling them that that wasn't what I asked for and to send me my actual tracking number. Additionally, their website says their refund policy is 15 days. How can they do that when it takes AT LEAST a month to get your order anyway?

Desired Outcome

I would very much like FitSpirit to first, send me my actual tracking number as promised, and lastly to make good on their part and send my last item. After that is done I will discontinue contact and just never buy anything else from them ever again. But until this happens I will be contacting them.
