I have asked for a refund or a new watch
Set up was easy. However, over time, the charging experience became difficult. Now the watch no longer will stay in the attachment long enough to charge. I have asked for a refund or a new watch. to no avail.

I ordered a couple watch and sent them an address correction for apartment number they sent to wrong address anyway requested a new watch or refunded
Sent several emails and they will not refunded my money it is there mistake I requested address change 3 weeks before product ever shipped there practice is crazy all I want is my watch or refund.

Refund not received
I purchased a Fittech Drive fitness tracker online on 02/26/2020 order*** After reading more reviews I decided to cancel my purchase on 02/26/2020. I tried to access the account that I created online, but was the website was not functioning. I tried calling (800)*** the number listed on their website and was not able to leave a voicemail. I sent an email to ***com requesting cancellation and an immediate refund on 02/26/2020. I received a response on 02/27/2020 from "***" from Fittech team support stating that they had issued a refund of $120.94 to my original payment method that would take 5-7 business days On March 4, I responded to *** letting him know that the refund had not been received to date. He responded on 03/05 stating again that this could take 5-7 business days and to follow up with my credit card company or bank. After contacting my bank, I sent replied to *** letting him know that there was no transaction pending with the bank. On 03/06 *** responded and attached a screenshot of a receipt showing the refund. I responded on 03/06 letting him know that what he provided was an in-house receipt and asked if he could provide a transaction number for the refund. I then received a response from "***" from FitTech Support Team stating that no bank or credit card transaction number was assoicated with the refund. I responded to *** on 03/10 letting him know that I did not understand the delay and that if the refund was not credited by the 10th business day I would reach out to the Revdex.com. There has been no response since and my refund has still not been credited to my account. I am attaching a copy of the email chain.

I appreciate your help in this matter.

have not recd fittech over 25 days since placed order.called Cust serv 5 times its a recording.emailed 4xs no response. I beleive this is a scam
Purchased my Fittech on Feb 7th, was told by company in 3-5 days will hear from them regarding del date. the model purchased was on sale for 49.95. I was given a order # and that was the last I heard from them. since I have called several time just to be forwarded to a voice mail, saying they were to busy taking orders and that I should email them..which I did 5 times..to date no reply. Must have called the 7 times at least. Order # *** 2/7/2020 Paid with ***

At this point I am looking for a refund for the Watch, I think this is a scam!

I ordered a fitness watch from this company in early January as a result of a heart attack that I had in late December. The watch took almost a full month to get here, and when worn is not functional. The watch does not synchronize with the application, and the application itself crashes consistently. I've attempted to login to the companies' website to ask for assistance, but they have blocked my login ID. I sent them two e-mails, and they have ignored both. I messaged them on Facebook and they blocked me. The watch does not work, and I want my $81 back.

I order a FitTech SmartSenior watch for $99.99, that would detect falls because I live alone. The watch was received ~ 1/21/2019. Upon inspection of the watch the details were too small for seniors and did not understand the 2G requirement, so I requested a refund. I was told they do not refund amounts under $100 (1 penny less). I feel like the company is taking advantage. I did not read the return policy in advance (my fault), but did read the ratings. After my refund was declined, I went back and re-read ratings more carefully. Some of the 5 star ratings should have been a 1 star rating, and other ratings were very vague. To me it is false advertising.

Refund I would like my money back and the ability to return the product without high shipping cost. I have not used the watch.

The watch took a month to be delivered.The watch will not work and seller will never respond all attempts in the past or currently are never answered.No answer of the phone number listed no response to emails.The address listed is a PO Box and the watches are not in American they are delivered from China. Please help no contact and very low business contact. Thank you.

ORDER NO. #*** Oct 24 2019. $59.99 received mid November around the 16. Was a Christmas gift to my lady. It charged 2x and will no longer charge. Twice, that's it. Tried contacting them and the only way is by email. I stated the watch will no charge. They responded with an email saying how long a charge lasts and I would have to charge it more often if continuous use. I wrote back that they're not reading my complaint and that the watch doesn't charge. Maybe send another charger but the charger doesn't work or the watch is effective. Their response was a link to the set up page telling me to charge it. They no longer respond to my emails. I feel they sell bad products with no customer service and will not refund my money. They take money and give no service for it. I was taken and can't get any satisfaction for my money. I think they are a bad business with no way to get a refund. Can't speak to anyone and their customer service seems to be robot responses to emails. They stopped after 2 emails replying back to me

My phone is listed as compatible with this Smartwatch..I can load the App but phone still won't connect with the device.And, as I wrote before, I didn't see the"Sale Items Under $100 are not eligible for return, exchange or refund" statement until after my purchase was finalized.I've been reading reviews on FitTech's website about people having problems with this device AND RECEIVING REFUNDS!

I bought the incorrect smart watch and immediately contacted the Fit Tech Customers Service. The company site suggests to made contact thru messenger instead of phone or emails. I did and what I received is a generic response. I've multiple attempts but never get a response, except for the general reply. I was really excited when I ordered because I was keeping informed on the tracking. Very dissatisfied after the no response. I finally emailed them requesting a refund and they are ignoring the email. There is a limit time and time is running out. I don't recommend this company. Late delivery, no customer service and overpriced. There are other options out there for same product.

I ordered 2 FitTech Lux fitness trackers. Upon receipt, I could get the trackers to pair to our cell phones, but the screen display did not match the display in the ad (much smaller and not in color). I tried to reach out via telephone which does not have an option to leave a voice mail. I also used the email and live chat, and included screen shots of the issue. The email sent an automatic response to use the live chat and the live chat also sent an automatic response. I specifically requested to chat with a live person with no response. I believe I received a different model than I ordered and that this model does not have the capability to change the display. I wanted an opportunity to discuss the order with a company representative, but have not been given a chance.

I did receive a response from FitTech stating ' Hi ***, sorry to hear you are unhappy with the display of the watch you received. We'd like to ship you two upgraded watches with better displays free of charge.'

once found watch to be inaccurate, went to refund page and found will not refund on orders under $100. not in ads..Wife purchased FitTech (Luz), product on sale for $49.99, order number ***, for me, since have high blood pressure and this watch advertised to measure Blood Pressure, heart rate, and various other heart related measurements. The Blood Presssure being most important and sole reason for placing order.. When I started wearing was elated at the blood pressure readings, but very sceptible, since was reading 15 to 20 points below all previous readings, at doctors office and on home machine... but had hope... I went to Dr. on 9-11-19, and one purpose was to compare readings... the high number was 144 on Dr. machind and at same time 122 on watch, which is what I suspected... Dr. advised that many of these watches are not very accurate...This is life and death factors, so decided to return per their 30 day return guarantee in the ads... only to find that they do not accept returns under $100... but not in original ads.. They also state many other stipulations that makes me concerned they would ever refund anything... don't buy if you want accurate blood pressure readings... etc. If you only want steps, and Oxygen, you might be ok... but...'?? beware... perhaps this why many / most of their products are on sale for under $100....neat trick!!

Ordered an 'In stock in FL? watch online. They sent an order confirmation number to my email stating the watch is on back order. It has been a few weeks and still no watch. They will not give an update on the watch. They will not respond to emails or answer the phone or have a way to leave a message. An automated voice recording says the watches are going to ship next week but they never do. Also, I have noticed that since the order, this watch has increased to 70.00. I purchased it at 60.00 last month. I think this may be a scam.

I purchased a smart wrist band from FitTech. The band never would charge even within the first few days I received it. I have emailed, messaged, and called them, but they would not respond.

On Tuesday 9.3.19 I received a new charging wire for my Fit Tech fitness band. That solved the problem.

Received my FitTech Propser was super happy to receive it, only to find out it will not connect to any phone and the app that you are supposed to download does not work. I bought the watch on special and apparently I can not get a refund or exchange, I understand buying things on special and not getting refunds but this is not functioning. The number you call they say that you have to do a live chat then when you start the chat they post the same thing over and over again. I can not get anywhere with them so it is extremely poor customer service.
