I made a purchase from BoardShortsWorld.com because I saw a design that I likedIt said that the shorts were made to order and would take days to manufactureI paid for expedited shipping that claimed it would arrive in to business daysSo after business days, I contact the company regarding the fact I never received a tracking number or confirmation emailThey provided me with a tracking number, but didn't ship the package out until days laterThe package was "expected to be delivered" days later and never ended up coming at allThe package went into a limbo state where it wasn't being updated, then one day it just said "delivered"The item never arrivedI opened a case with PayPal for not receiving my itemI also contacted BoardShortWorlds customer service and they were negligent to helpThere exact wording was, "You'll get a full refund by PayPalCan't get any more fair than that." ...-"after days of filing the claim with PayPal, they closed the case and refunded me my payment in fullLater on that same day I began to receive phone called from "Steve W." that proceeded to say that he is sending someone to my home to pick up the shorts and "take care of me"Then began to call over times, leaving voicemails that progressively became more hostile and ultimately threatening to "injure" me and come to my place of workHe sent me multiple emails and attached pictures of me, the address of where I work and a screen cap of my websiteI've proceeded to file a "lewd, threatening or harassing phone calls report (653M P.C.)" with the West Hollywood Sherriffs office and am ready to more forward with further legal action (including restraining order and pressing charges for threats of bodily injury) if necessaryThis person, Steve W., physiologically unstable and has threatened to cause me bodily harm because he wants his money or boardshorts backI'm sorry you're not getting my money and I never got your crappy boardshorts to begin with, so good luckI also contacted PayPal about the verbal threats and harassment I receivedI promised MrSteve Wthat I would file a report with the *** as he boasts on his website that he has a "fantastic repore" with the *** STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE AND THIS MAN!
