Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/08/24) */ Good afternoon, We video record the reading of our contract to all of customers for training purposesI reviewed the footage from this transaction with Mr [redacted] after receiving this complaint and his recitation of our purchase contract was completely in accordance to the written contract that was provided to you at the time of purchaseThe contract states that we offer a year warranty on any hereditary and congenital disorders that may interfere with the puppy's ability to lead a lifeIn accordance we offer a day warranty that covers viral elements that may present themselves due to stressIf the client chooses to have services performed at our recommended veterinarian we incur the charges for the first exam and any follow up treatment should there be any, other then required vaccinations or Wormings If In fact [redacted] charged you for medication then they are in error and we are happy to call them to clear that up on your behalf however, we do not offer a year worth of free veterinary services and are sorry that you misunderstood We follow the purchase contract explicitly to protect our clients and the above outlines all the benefits that are included in that contractWe are more then happy to provide you with an additional copy of your contract if you desireThank you Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/08/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) You say you video record all of the readings of the contract to your customersI would like to see the video recording of this contract then I was told more then once that is why your puppies are more expensive cause the vet bills are taken care ofWell if you only take care of one vet bill that may be a dollar visit so you are telling customers this to get them to purchase your dog! the dog has also had a kennel cough since day one when it left your place and it says in the contract that will be taken care of as wellGuess what I am having to pay for the medicine for that as wellLawyer has been contacted we can see this video recording in court Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 16, 2016/09/02) */ We have sought council on this as well and have been instructed to provide hard copy evidence of the contract which stipulates very clearly our policiesWith your signature you accepted and agreed to these termsYou are more then welcome to persue this in a civil court case if you feel necessary, however we are not obligated to provide anything the the Revdex.com other that the contract you agreed to That being said, if the puppy does in fact have a cold, as stated in your contract, we will gladly pay for the treatment of the cold through its completion at our recommended vet clinic Midway Veterinary ClinicAs I stated in my previous correspondence if [redacted] did in fact charge you for said treatment I will gladly contact them on your behalf to see that you are refundedThank you for your feedback Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 19, 2016/09/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) You said in your earlier Message that you video record every sale that is what you stated! Now your saying you can provide a paper I signed and sure I might of signed a paper that was not gone over correctlyIf you video record all your sales as you say you do and as you have told several other people to try and cover yourself as I see in the complaints on Noahs ark then should be no problem for you providing this video recording! Your employee is the one that stated a year vet bills I asked him numerous times and tried to get the puppy for 1,he said he could not do that would take 1,due to the fact that the vet bills where included in this priceThis is not the way you do business and you do not lie to customers to get a saleI would for sure not recommend a single person to ever purchase a puppy or anything of that matter from Noahs ArkAnd yes I will proceed with a civil matter if this is not resolved do not care if it cost more then the puppy cause I can see you have used this line of video recording in several other complaints and civil matter will be the next step do not care to be lied toThank you

Our contract states explicitly that we will pay any and all veterinary services rendered at our preferred veterinarian onlyThis client has called and harassed our staff on three seperate occasions and then hung up on themToday she spoke to
the store manager when he reached out to her after she hung up on yet another of our staff members and after she was notified she was speaking on on a recorded line she called the store manager an A$$hole and hung up on him
We provide all the information to our clients that Missouri law requires us to provide and we have had perfect health inspection reports from any and all animal compliance officersWe are not sure how any of our behavior constitutes poor customer service or unprofessional behavior as stated in this clients complaint, however we will not continue to respond to a client who continues to harass our staff and scream profanities at them
Our warranty is clear as to what we provideThis is a legal document that both parties agreed to prior to purchaseWe will not deviate from our contractual agreement because this client has chosen to hurl insults and profanities at us
Feel free to contact me directly if you have any further questions
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/05/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The statement given is not entirely true the second phone call speaking with cody I did not hang up on him I was very aggravated yes but he said he would have to speak with his boss and I replied in the mean time for him to do that I will contact Revdex.comWhen I was contacted after about a min conversation about him continually saying my vet knows nothing and how oh well my puppy is sick I was asked if I spoke english and that is when I did call him an A$$hole and hung upShould all be on the recordingsIf my puppy was healthy before purchase there should be no reason I can at least get it through an email personally from him if certificate of health cant be provided
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2016/05/19) */
As stated in our previous responseOur business follows any and all requirements and Missouri statutes for selling pets far above and beyondWe do not alter our business model based on demands from someone who has made several threats and used profanity more then once in her dialog with our associatesThe matter at hand should be the health of the puppy, which in such an occurance our contract clearly outlines our policiesThese are the terms this customer agreed to upon their purchase aknowledging their understanding with their signature and these are the terms our business will followI will forward a copy of this clients contract for your reviewThank you
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2016/05/20) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not used profanity toward any employeesThe only thing I have said was A$$hole toward the person who said he didn't care about the health of the puppy, and became offensive when asked if the puppy was in great health before being purchasedThe only threats that were made were to call the Revdex.com in which I didThe recordings should be provided also to prove everything that is being saidObviously there is some racism when asked if I spoke EnglishMany reviews I have recently read are very negative in the fact many people have had their puppies decease within the first few monthsIt would be a shame if these "breeders" are not actual legit breeders

Good Morning Ms***,
Is is actually I who blocked you from the ** site not the ownerWe do not allow our page as a platform for people to express their opinionsThe information concerning the size and or full weight at adulthood is
information we gather from our breeders so we can pass that information on to our customersI admin the page and only pass along information I obtain from our breeders so as I was made aware of your concern I did a little research and found via *** *** that micro pigs do in fact range from 20-lbs at adulthoodI have seen some discrepancy with some breeders claiming they are smaller or larger on other pages however
I shared my findings with the owner this morning and even though the breeder has given us her average weight he has insured me that the manager has printed a care packet with info gathered from several breeders so as our customers can be fully educated about their purchaseHe asked me to thank you for following up as I was corrected in how I should word my stats in the futureI thank you for your input in this matter

This is not a customer service issue, this person is not a customer and has never made a purchase from our business that can validate a consumer complaint
We will however address this issueWe are highly regulated by the state for health
We have never gotten anything less then a perfect inspection for the health of our animalsAll are under the direct care of a veterinarianBaby birds in our care are hand fed formula per the instruction of an avian veterinarianThe baby bird in question with which a video is circulating of and discredited was given a full physical and health certificate by the state licensed avian veterinarian and is deemed in perfect health
As far as being looked into, as mentioned we are inspected quite regularly and are in full compliance of any and all animal husbandry laws and requirementsMr*** and all management members have never been accused of mistreating any animal in any way shape or form, and that claim in this complaint is utter foolishness
Since In addition to perfect health inspections, we have an exemplary reputation with the Revdex.com we are confident that you will respond to the in appropriate use of your services in an appropriate mannerFeel free to reach out to me if you have any additional questions

surveillance per our associates request after this incidentI will would like to note that even after multiple rude insults from these customers, our staff remained professional and tried to assist the client with something that would better fit their budget while holding to our deposit policyThank you for notifying us of this complaint, please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questionsThank you

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I called back to minutes after I made a deposit and asked if they deposits were refundable and that's when they said noThey should have told me that at the time of the call they did state that the $would go to the dog but I did not walk out with the dog or any dogI even asked the man why they didn't tell me this at first and he said he didn't knowIf they have surveillance proof then you can see when he says he didn't knowAnd what insults were made? We never called anyone namesI would love to see the footage they haveThen they had blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't respond back to their pageWe did say we would let the papers know about their business and we said we would let the Revdex.com know as wellWe did make those kind of threats but that's the worst we didI will admit they had a policy that states and I quote "please make your selection carefully we do not offer cash refunds" but I never walked out with a dog and they knew days ahead that I was only interested in one dogThey were on their Facebook site but they deleted them because I mentioned the price of a dog on my commentsI drove hours and they knew this the man could have told me the price or could have told me the money isn't refundable I had to call back myself
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2016/07/20) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
OK I have been looking for a female yorkie puppy for months Everytime I try and buy one from someone it's sold so I decided to get one from their store not knowing the priceI mentioned how I paid $for my teacup yorkie and the employee insulted me by saying he's just a backdoor dog breeder dogI took that as calling my dog a cheap no good dog when he's papered and everythingYes he is correct we did say that I did not think of that as an insultPlus before we made those statements the employee called his boss because we asked him if he could see if we can get our deposit back and the employee said "that he's never really seen his boss do that before so he doubts it" and that's coming from the employee himselfI did see the policy when I walked in the store but I did not know prior to making the depositI made a deposit through the phone first because I didn't want it sold within hours, and at the time of the deposit I was not told about no refundsI found out about no refunds after the deposit was madeI should have been told prior to the deposit was madePlus we drove the hours round trip because they stated that they have the cheapest pets aroundPlus if they could have sold the dog already then why is it still at the pet store? Only reason I know it's thwre is because my friend was there the other dayPlus the policy said make your selection carefully we do not offer cash refundsBut we did not buy a dog technically, plus if my deposit was to hold the dog why are they trying to sell it still? Wouldn't they have to keep it on hold for me since they did not give me my $back??? Plus I can prove there are female yorkies that were less than $1,and I can show where I commented and then you can see when they sold
Thank you
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2016/07/20) */
Good Afternoon, this couple made several insulting remarks regarding their knowledge of what Yorkie puppies go forWhen the associate showed them examples of prices of other yorkies that directly conflicted their claims they laughed and stated they see them all the time for $Then they stated that our success as a business was achieved through years of mistakes on our partThis was followed with threats to slander us via several different sources
Our argument is that if the customer sees Yorkues all the time for the price they quoted then why did they drive hours round trip to get ours? By their own admittance they stated we have it posted that we don't offer refundsWe held on of the prettiest and tiniest puppies for them on the busiest shopping day when she could have been sold several times, we told the customer prior to her deposit that it was non refundableHad the client not made several insults we may have made an exception to our policy however we do not respond to threats nor do we believe in rewarding poor behaviorIf this client would like to come in and review the video dialog we would encourage them to do soThank you

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2017/03/21) */
My apologies for a less then quick response as today is the first time this complaint has been brought to our attention, however I am not sure why you received a complaint from this customer since we have been in constant dialog with her
regarding this?
Per our warranty contract, once we were notified of the issues confirmed by our preferred veterinarian, we promptly replaced the puppy to this client with her choice, a new Dogue De Bordeaux puppy
In addition, to set the record straight with accurate information, no one, let alone a manager, lied to this clientThe puppy had a veterinarian certificate stating that a grade heart murmur was noted, not a grade prior to its saleOur manager simply gave this client the veterinarians original findingsAgain, once the issue was confirmed, our vet provided us with an updated diagnosis and we issued a credit as per our health warranty contract
I would also like to note, we went above and beyond what our warranty provides and allowed this client to keep the original puppy at no chargeWe cannot provide a refund for a puppy we gave away for freeOur contract states clearly that we don't cover veterinary care unless it is performed at our preferred veterinarian
We have a copy of the new purchase contract on the replacement puppy accompanied by a picture of this client leaving with her if you'd like to verify the information I've providedFeel free to contact me if you need anything else regarding this matter

My response I sent in this morning addresses this matter fullyThese are the terms the client agreed to when they made their purchaseThey agreed to satisfy the matter by taking another puppy which I've been notified by our veterinarian this morning that they already sold
I cannot attest to anyone calling names during a phone conversation as I was not part of that conversationI can tell you that the version of the story I heard stated the client called and tried to pick a fight with one of our managers when we have done nothing except do everything that both parties agreed to do in the purchase contract
As I stated prior, I am happy to provide you with copies of both purchase contracts which clearly outline what is covered in our health warranty

This is fine im sick of dealing with Noahs ArkI would like to note I wasn't told he had a grade till after I paidI was told a grade was nothing and that all of his mastiff dogs had the same thingI was then told several days later by my vet and the Midway vet they use he has a grade which is congenital that he will not live more than months to a yearAlso would like noted I stayed in constant contact not Noahs ArkI was Never returned a call or an emailWe had to show up in person multiple times over a week period

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/07/20) */
To whom it may concern, I am the person other than the owner who has been speaking with this client. Our warranty is clear that we guarantee a puppy is healthy at the time of purchase. We have health certificates from licensed veterinarians...

issued before sale to prove this. In the event a puppy is diagnosed within 14 days with a virus we will either treat at our preferred veterinarian and or offer a replacement. Under no circumstances do we offer refunds, this stipulation is non negotiable and gone over with the client upon their purchase and further we highlight it on their contract to reiterate its importance and make sure the client has full understanding and agrees.
This client has failed to return to us all the documents required for us to investigate this matter. We have requested repeatedly for the complete files to be returned to us and they have not complied with our request. Our breeders do not offer a replacement without all documents being returned. Our veterinarian had to make a decision based on phone conversations with this client and firmly believes that this clients home is the source of contact for the virus as we've sold several siblings from these pups litter's without any problems. The finance company also did their own investigation based on the limited info and found in our favor.
That being said, I spoke with the owner and he has agreed that if this client would like to bring in the documents required we are happy to take a second look at this matter, however as stated in the contract they agreed to a refund is not an option available to them.
Thank you, if you have any questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact me.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/07/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Their response has false information. Their warranty is clear in the fact no refund but when you get two puppies that from the time of purchase are suppose to be healthy and they were both already infected with the parvo virus before we received them we should be entitled to a refund since we did not receive a health puppy at time of purchase which is what your warranty clearly states. Since the warranty states "Noah's Ark guarantees a health puppy at time of purchase that's a promise Noah's Ark made to us (the consumer) that expressed as a series of "guarantees" that a seller automatically makes to you when you buy any good or service. We have consumer rights, so since we tried two puppies that had to be put down due to the parvo virus we now have the right to reject the goods, sellers cannot just offer a credit note. If you want a refund, you are entitled to it - by cash, cheque or credit card charge reversal. I have issues with the health certificates from licensed veterinarians before time of sale because our first puppy didn't receive the parvo virus vaccination until the day we picked her up and had she had a parvo test ran before we picked her up she would of showed a positive since we had only had her for three days. Stated in the response in the event a puppy is diagnosed within 14 days with a virus Noah's Ark will either treat at their preferred veterinarian and or offer a replacement. The puppy was in the care of their preferred veterinarian so what happen to her there we don't really know. The only phone conversations we had with that facility were the updates from Wednesday-Friday ( June 24-26) and as far as we know their preferred veterinarian closes on the weekends so she was to go to Noah's Ark facility were we had again a call from someone there with an update on how she was doing. Then on that Monday (June 29) we got a call saying she didn't make it never had we had any phone conversations with their preferred veterinarian or Noah's Ark making any decisions on the puppy from our understanding she was supposed to be getting treatment for the parvo virus since our vet saw the puppy prior on June 23 stating she had a strong chance of beating the virus. So we would like to know what happened to her as well. As far as the documents that you requested. This is the first time we have heard this so the statement of "we have requested repeatedly for the complete files to be returned to us and they have not complied with our request," is very false. Had we been aware of this we would had been glad to returned any documents needed. The last correspondence we had with Noah's Ark was the end of the first week in July and that was with the owner were he never mentioned anything about needing documents. The statement about our home being the issue this is also false. We have a 7 year old dog that we had since he was 6 weeks old never had the parvo virus and is current/up-to-date with all his vaccinations we believe the issue is Noah's Ark facility as the puppies had already contracted the virus prior to us getting them. The finance company had asked us for documents which we provided to them so I'm not sure what kind of "investigation" was done and found in Noah's Ark favor. We are wanting the money we are out we tried not one but two puppies from your facility that contracted the virus prior to us receiving them we do not want another puppy from Noah's Ark facility we want the money we are out and which we are entitled too.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Then you should see on your warranty where it states, "In accordance with the above, Noah's Ark warranties your puppy to be free from parvovirus for a full fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase." Our first puppy we had for three (3) days and then was seen by your preferred veterinarian and after being seen the vet advise us that she was too far gone and that she wouldn't make it so with that advise we put her down. We received a second puppy that we had for seven (7) days and started showing signs of parvo we both work during the day and since she was such a tiny puppy and not eating we made a decision to take her to the only thing that was opened on a Monday night to the Emergency Pet Center in Joplin, MO where she had received fluids that kept her pretty much alive since she wasn't eating or drinking at this point. On day eight (8) we took her to our local pet store when my husband got off work around 4:30 pm and they tested her for parvo which came back positive and also gave her fluids again. Noah's Ark was notified and the owner called his preferred veterinarian to get her in the next morning which would have been a Wednesday day nine (9) . My husband then takes off work to take her to the vet (Noah's Ark preferred veterinarian) where she had stayed the rest of the week. The updates we received is she was doing the same as when we left her. She was then taken to Noah's Ark over the weekend as to our understanding where we had gotten a call from a worker there to give us an update. We were told she was starting to eat which we assumed on the mends and starting to recover from this disease. No update on Sunday. Got a gall from some lady on Monday around noon that our puppy didn't make it. We have still never heard as to why she didn't make it nor have we ever heard what happened from Saturday to Monday we assumed since never notified with a reason as to why or what happened that Noah's Ark just didn't want to pay for the vet bills for the treatment of this disease. We want compensated for the vet bills due to parvo related we incurred which Noah's Ark does have the vet bill documents we paid because we took them into the Joplin store where they made copies. We also want compensated for the fee we had to pay for canceling with the finance company as to since we don't have a puppy we are not going to allow money taken out of our checking account to pay on something we don't have and I'm not for sure who would do that. We our very dissatisfied with the experience we have had with Noah's Ark. We believe they sell sick puppies and have poor customer service. We will never go into Noah's Ark again and we will recommend people NOT to buy a puppy from this facility. Since, this doesn't look like it is going to get resolved here our next step will be litigation.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/02/09) */
Our managers are available everyday in our stores to speak with clients. This client was not sold a malnourished dog in any way shape or form. Some puppies do not transition well which is why we have a fabulous health warranty should any...

problems arise. Any and all veterinary care is covered by our health warranty as long as the puppy is seen by our preferred veterinarian. Our purchase contract clearly states our strict vet care policy. In addition, as also stated in the purchase contract, we DO NOT ever sell pups to be breeding or show specimens. We sell pups solely for the purpose of companion pets. A retained testicle is something quite common in Mastiff breeds and if the client would like to have the neuter surgery done at our preferred veterinarian we are more then happy to pay for it. I am happy to send you a copy of the purchase contract which clearly defines and outlines each of the above issues for your review. Thank you.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2017/02/13) */
I rescued this dog on 1-31-17 after getting home I noticed he had a bad cough and had trouble breathing while sleeping. I went to the closest vet which is in fair grove on 2-2-17 and was told he had kennel cough and may not come out of it since he was malnourished. She explained to me that based on the type of breed and his health he could not have two of the med he needs so she prescribed me clavamox.I was told he had to follow up with their vet ([redacted]) in [redacted] which I was worried about because of how he has been taken care of already. So on 2-8-17 I was at their vet and While there I learned that he is twelve weeks and they have never seen my puppy. She informed me that they only do the first check up after a puppy is purchased. She also told me Noah's ark only purchase shots from this vet and give them to them to them their selves. The shot records are just a paper that they have stuck stickers on ,so my concern has Noah's ark even actually vaccinated these animals? Their vet ([redacted]) checked him out and told me to stop giving him what [redacted] vet gave him and start giving him two medicine's called zeniquin Temail and also start him on breathing tratments. On 210 I had an appointment with my vet [redacted] vet [redacted] for his shots and I wanted her to check him out to see what she thought about what these other two that have said. [redacted] my vet checked him out and said that the [redacted] vet [redacted] which is there Vet prescribed him to medications that he can not have they are not for puppies and they lowered his immune system which is critical with what he is already going through she said to stop giving him them immediately and give him what the [redacted] vet had started him on because that is good for him she also gave me eye drops for him told me to continue giving him breathing treatments and start him on Robitussin morning and night. I am concerned about the health of this puppy and do not wish to continue or ever go back to the [redacted] vet I feel that they do not have this puppies Health in their best interest.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2017/02/13) */
Good afternoon. Let me start my response with a bold statement. No veterinarian is going to enter actions of malpractice to mistreat the health of any puppy. All veterinary medical professionals perform treatment at their discretion according to their exoerience and expertise. All doctors treatments vary according to their preferred methods and prescription drug choices.
The rescue nonsense isn't even anything I am going to respond to other then to state that we have in our possession a picture of this client holding this puppy the day it was purchased. Puppy is bright eyed, at a healthy weight, (no signs of malnutrition) and in perfect condition. Pictures are worth a thousand words they say, this picture speaks volumes to discredit the false statements regarding the pups health when it was purchased. I am happy to produce the picture for your review.
You cannot gain a vaccination label without purchasing the vaccinations. Insinuating one would invest and purchase a vaccine to just use the label and simply discard the vaccine without using it is preposterous. We have puppy technicians who administer the vaccinations on site and the breeder or breeder's vet administers vaccines prior to the puppies arrival to our facility. The label is what state law requires to prove vaccine history. In addition, ALL vaccination records are just "pieces of paper".
The utter nonsense and tactless claims of the health and poor condition of this puppy are fabricated lies as the picture proves. The facts are that the contract states clearly that "ALL veterinary care must be performed at [redacted] clinic. If any client chooses to utilize the services of another clinic they understand they are responsible for any and all expenses incurred." These are the terms the client agreed to. Our purchase contract is clear with its requirements. We go over this verbally and in writing at the time of sale to make sure our clients understand. As mentioned prior, we are happy to supply you with a copy of the purchase contract this client signed and agreed to.
In closing, our owner is a generous man, this client to date has still never contacted us personally to even give us an opportunity to assist her with the issues regarding her pup. She has simply used the Revdex.com system to file a unsubstantiated complaint. In her own complaint this client states and clearly admits she violated the terms of the contract she signed and agreed to. This client is contractually required to give us updates on the treatment of her puppy m, but we haven't heard from her, she's felt more inclined to file complaints rather then meet the requirements of her purchase contract.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions regarding this matter.

Our business takes great price in placing happy and well adjusted puppies in a forever home however our contract clearly states that we do not guarantee the temperament of any animal as that has nothing to do with us and everything to do with the home where the puppy goes. Temperament issues are...

environmental and should be addressed immediately for the best results. Seeing this is the first complaint we've received since the pup was purchased several months ago we can only assume that this behavior is a new development. We are sorry the client is experiencing these issues but as stated in the contract the client agreed to prior to their purchase we do not offer warranties for temperament related issues. Thank you, [redacted].

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/08/24) */
Good afternoon, We video record the reading of our contract to all of customers for training purposes. I reviewed the footage from this transaction with Mr [redacted] after receiving this complaint and his recitation of our purchase contract was...

completely in accordance to the written contract that was provided to you at the time of purchase. The contract states that we offer a year warranty on any hereditary and congenital disorders that may interfere with the puppy's ability to lead a normal life. In accordance we offer a 14 day warranty that covers viral elements that may present themselves due to stress. If the client chooses to have services performed at our recommended veterinarian we incur the charges for the first exam and any follow up treatment should there be any, other then required vaccinations or Wormings.
If In fact [redacted] charged you for medication then they are in error and we are happy to call them to clear that up on your behalf however, we do not offer a year worth of free veterinary services and are sorry that you misunderstood.
We follow the purchase contract explicitly to protect our clients and the above outlines all the benefits that are included in that contract. We are more then happy to provide you with an additional copy of your contract if you desire. Thank you.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/08/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
You say you video record all of the readings of the contract to your customers. I would like to see the video recording of this contract then I was told more then once that is why your puppies are more expensive cause the vet bills are taken care of. Well if you only take care of one vet bill that may be a 35 dollar visit so you are telling customers this to get them to purchase your dog! the dog has also had a kennel cough since day one when it left your place and it says in the contract that will be taken care of as well. Guess what I am having to pay for the medicine for that as well. Lawyer has been contacted we can see this video recording in court

We have sought council on this as well and have been instructed to provide hard copy evidence of the contract which stipulates very clearly our policies. With your signature you accepted and agreed to these terms. You are more then welcome to persue this in a civil court case if you feel necessary, however we are not obligated to provide anything the the Revdex.com other that the contract you agreed to.
That being said, if the puppy does in fact have a cold, as stated in your contract, we will gladly pay for the treatment of the cold through its completion at our recommended vet clinic Midway Veterinary Clinic. As I stated in my previous correspondence if [redacted] did in fact charge you for said treatment I will gladly contact them on your behalf to see that you are refunded. Thank you for your feedback.

You said in your earlier Message that you video record every sale that is what you stated! Now your saying you can provide a paper I signed and sure I might of signed a paper that was not gone over correctly. If you video record all your sales as you say you do and as you have told several other people to try and cover yourself as I see in the complaints on Noahs ark then should be no problem for you providing this video recording! Your employee is the one that stated a year vet bills I asked him numerous times and tried to get the puppy for 1,500 he said he could not do that would take 1,700 due to the fact that the vet bills where included in this price. This is not the way you do business and you do not lie to customers to get a sale. I would for sure not recommend a single person to ever purchase a puppy or anything of that matter from Noahs Ark. And yes I will proceed with a civil matter if this is not resolved do not care if it cost more then the puppy cause I can see you have used this line of video recording in several other complaints and civil matter will be the next step do not care to be lied to. Thank you

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/06/05) */
We are sorry that the customer feels misled however if they utilized a finance company to make their purchase the terms are not anything we have any control over. That is between the client and the lending agent. The contract is provided to the...

client with full details sent to their email, signatures and initials of the terms are required prior to leaving with their purchase. In no way shape or form does any associate lie to a client and the terms are clearly explained by the lending company the client chose to utilize. We actually prefer payment in full using other methods, we offer financing options only when a client requests them and as mentioned the client has to sign off prior to purchase. Thank you.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2017/06/06) */
No it is not the finance company because you do not deal with the finance company when you purchase the animal. When buying the animal you deal with your employees only and your employees lied to us. I have talked to several people and all thrm said the same thing you lie about how the financing works. We never got any paperwork from you on the loan. I found out when I called the loan company last week and was told we are not buying the animal we are leasing her and still owe over $2200 then have to pay a $227 final value fee to buy her at the end of the lease. Also your employees are liars because when we bought the great dane we have we were told she was from the owner of noahs ark. We went back in about 3 weeks later to look at another one and was told something completley opposite what we were told when we bought her. So I went in again 2 weeks ago and then again 3 days ago and ask about a great dane you had. Same thing first time we were told she was from the owner but when I went back in another gentlemen said the owner does not ha e great danes that she came in from a different breeder. I dont like being lied to and this whole thing has been a big lie. I have talk to several vets and all them say the same thing the way the do things there and the way they handle there animals is horrible. I have several people that have bought animals from them and said the same thing they are not telling them about the animal being for lease. So what happen to the price I got told she was for $1399. Now after this is all done she is going to cost over $3500. I called the finance company and they said your company is suppose to let people know they are leasing them and they are. Ot buying the animal. She ask me what paperwork I had and I told her all we got was a packet with are dogs info but there is no financing information in there at all. So this does not fall on them this falls on your manager and workers that are liars.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2017/06/06) */
There is no possible way our management can lie to you as you are provided with a copy of the contract that is emailed directly to you to and that you must review and sign before leaving with your purchase. As far as vets saying what you claim, that is absolute nonsense, not only is that against medical practice privacy law, it is an outright fabrication. We are not going to justify a response to that outright lie.
And for your information and clarification, our owner does breed Great Danes, has bred them for several years which is something that he is known for locally and something we can validate without question. Feel free to contact [redacted] in Neosho as they perform all the Veterinary care for his Danes. Clearly you are frustrated by a misunderstanding, however you cannot make up scenarios out of your frustration, especially claims that we can disprove simply by providing documented proof that they are in fact all false.

Im not paying over 3000 for this animal when I was never told she was on a lease. I never would of nought the dog knowing that. Actually your company does lie I just went in there yesterday and on 2 different occasions got told two different stories about the same dog. So yea you need to get your stuff straight and talk to your employees. If you want names of who I talk to just ask. That way you know I am not lying about your company.
