After more then years of trying to find a reliable Alarm SMS service this is not it Every SIM card I have ever bought from Alarm SIM has worked for a few months and then gone badI have purchased just under a hundred dollars in air time over the past years only to have it used up testing my GSM Alarm SystemAlarm SIM will show time deducted from making an SMS to my phoneBUT! I rarely ever get any SMS alerts from this service to my phoneEven though Alarm SIM shows the SMS was sentI have bought Alarm systems only to find out in the end that Alarm SIM was the one having problems with SIM cards and network issuesAm I pissed? Your [redacted] right I am and I suspect there are thousands of people out here that have experienced the same issuesI am going to build a website and I want to hear from others that have had and continue to experience this nightmare service where it is you the customer that has been told you have a problem with your alarm system and that everything is good on their endI personally am starting to believe that this is nothing more than a scam service that in their own contract assumes no responsibility for airtime or SIM card service to workIt is always at your own riskI am sick of business's that promise and glorify their websites,but in reality all is not as it appearsI have yet to receive any email response from them to the numerous tickets I have made over the past many monthsHence my experience with Alarm SIMI would not recommend them to my worst enemyI have been more than patientEnough is enoughGoodbye Alarm SIMI really see no way you can stay in business much longerThere are two sides to every storyI know now that you have lied on numerous occasions about faulty Alarm systems and that you claim no responsibilityJust plain and poor business ethics Others should respond as well!
Alarm SIM went far and beyond to resolve my network connection issues I was havingThey even sent me a new SIM card free of chargeThere are problems at times any where in the world with networks so I understand that this was not the fault of Alarm SIMI am very pleased at the support and help I received fro Alarm SIM over the past few yearsThankyou Alarm SIM@ ***

Almost a year ago I reached out to Alarm SIM because I needed to upgrade freeze alarms to a 3G networkThey sold me the SIM Cards and devices that would allow thisHowever, now that the 2G network is all but gone, none of the devices can actually connectThey sold me 2G devices stating that they were 3GNow they say that they will not support the product and that it is my problemMind you the so called support was by their email supportI could not get them to call or even attempt to resolve thisWorst customer service experience ever, and deceptive practices
I think they have gone out of business, they do not answer any emails or online tech support over two months nowtheir web based contact does not go through, live support is none existant and there is no phone numberMy sim stopped working, they sent a new one months ago but I cannot get anyone to answer any messages to swap over the sim card numbertry for yourself to get anywhere before you buyI now have an alarm that cannot be monitored
