The customer did call and leave a message stating that they were having a problem and thought it was in the columnI returned their call hrs later and left a messageI never heard back from themI would have been more than willing to
come out to their truck and check out our work to see if there was a problem with itWe repaired the upper part of the column for the play in the tilt wheelWe did not touch the shift linkage or ignition switch in the repairs we didIf they would have returned my call I would have tried to help them out, I would like the name of the repair shop they took the truck to and to see what was repaired
