limo there is an online response that states quotes cannot be guaranteed until reviewedThe service area is within 50-milesThe total trip for the consumer would have been approximately milesWe were in communication with the consumer within hours of her quoteBusiness has stated that it will look into adding specific wording to the general service area quotes are good for as the computer program used is unable to account for increased costs for longer distances outside of service area

I have been communicating with the customer regarding the service issue. Due to the sensitive nature of the issue there has been much care to ensure the issue is addressed properly after the initial oversight in our responsiveness. Pait of that care is to research and communicate with all the...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
When requesting a quote it requires you to enter a zip code.  How did they not know how far away it was by having my zip code? This company is deceptive and their customer service representatives are rude on the telephone.
