Review: In July 2010, I, [redacted], began sending [redacted] of [redacted] Composites money orders and checks for the purpose of building composite aircraft parts for my aircraft project. On March 16th 2013, [redacted] received my last payment which brought my total payment to Mr. [redacted] of $10,175.00. During the course of following 2 and a half years, Mr. [redacted] has repeatedly made excuses of why the aircraft parts were not ready. He set countless deadlines which I can provide on email and they have all come and gone with nothing but excuses. Mr. [redacted] has, after multiple requests, failed to even forward photos of the aircraft parts so that I may have the peace of mind of knowing that they were at least started. To this day, I have not seen a photo of what I paid over $10,000 for.Desired Settlement: To this day, I have nothing to show for the ten thousand dollars that I sent Mr. [redacted]. I would like a full refund of $10,175 which is the amount that I forwarded to Mr. [redacted]. I would also like for Mr. [redacted] to cease his business operation and advertising since his company clearly does not have the capability to operate as advertised.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and again, I will wait until the end of the month to see if the project is finished. I want the Bureau to understand that this is an additional deadline to the many deadlines that have come and gone in the past so I'm a little skeptical that the project will be done at the end of December. Should the project be delayed again, I will resubmit this complaint.
