items states I have been informed that the title will be mailed directly to me from the Motor Vehicle Administration and will take a minimum of 20 business days.The customer was provided a title number on September 29, 2014. Since the paperwork was submitted to Maryland Motor Vehicles on August 22, 2014 for processing our position is that the vehicle was processed properly and no refund will be issued at this time.Sincerely,Janet K
