I cannot give any compensation we already let him leave without penalty. I am sorry he feels this way but I also no this property and employees.As far as games go we don't play the, if were sold out were sold out. This doesn't mean everybody has arrived and checked in. I
would also say are check in time is 3pm, our check out time is noon. We were sold out the previous night so at noon no rooms would be available. Asking us to check you into a dirty room? Here are the facts as I have answered to the business.Dear GM.I have never had the pleasure to meet you in person, but reading your response and the kind of language used, confirms my suspectsThere is an old say in Italy, which goes like this: The fish starts to rot from the head down!.First of all, in a star Hotel, we were instructed how to listen, understand, read and write a solution to the concernsWe were trained how to make the clients feel at home, and how we should always go the extra mile to make them comfortable.Reading your response is validating my complaints.- You attack a client based on lies! I didn't ask to be checked in before pmAll I asked was to drop off my luggage because I had to be in a meeting by pmThey offered to keep my luggage at the front desk till later, which was fine with meI asked the front desk agent, if he could tell me the room number, he refused!- You said I wasn't charged a penalty? I complained in the morning to the front desk, regarding the situationHe apologized and promised that I would be transferred to a room that will have windows facing the other side. When I came back in the early evening, not only my room wasn't changed, I was told that that kind of room doesn't exist in your hotel! Who needs to be penalized here is you Sir with your lies and dirty games.Let me ask you thisDo you train your employees to lie to the customers and just get them in and charge them? Do you care at all, if a guest has a legit concern and it is yours duty to remedy and fix the problem?- You advertise a low price in all web sites and when the moment comes that price is magically pushed back to only one or two days in a month! That is advertisement and the Technic is called bait and switch! If your rooms are going with a discounted rate only 3-days a month, then you should advertise your real prices and then give the discounted rate.A month has days and not days.- If you know your employees and personal, then you might want to answer how come your hotel has been criticized heavily in the past few weeks! - You don't know how to write a simple standard memo type answer, as well as not knowing how to use the spell check functionYou use a very angry tone in your response which indicates your awareness of the facts and how hard you are trying to hide them. - Attacking the clients won't make the problems go away, solving them does! - If you read the comments about your services, it seems like you sit in your office writing non sense answers to client's complaints! Maybe that is why you can't step out of your crooked reality and smell the roses in the hotel!Those are the things you learn, working in high class hotels, with solid training programs for all employees, starting with the GM !- You did not address the issue that you advertise a " Non Smoking" hotel but in fact you do not enforce the City ordinances!- You didn't even take time to proof read your answer!I am sure your employees are hardworking peopleThey come to work with dignity, trying to make it to the end of the monthI feel sad for themTo have such a unprofessional GM to work for, that takes away all of their energy and willingness to improve.Sir, you have achieved one goal at leastCreated a depressed team of hard working hotel employees and tons of unhappy guests that will never come back to that location!I hope that makes you feel good, because if I had to hire you, you wouldn't qualify even for a floor-mat at the hotel entrance!
