[redacted] Response: Ms. [redacted], We appreciate your feedback and opportunity to serve you. We have looked into your issue and found the manufacturer initially denied the warranty claim that was submitted on Feb 10. Fortunately, we were able to fight on your behalf and able to reverse the denial. Once it was approved, the replacement parts were ordered. The manager then called and discussed with you that it would be 2 weeks for the order to be fulfilled. As of Mar 7 the manager left a message letting you know the parts had come in. We scheduled an install time on Mar 8 and sent a repairman to your house on Mar 9. We apologize for the time it took for the bed to be repaired, but worked to the best of our ability toward that being completed as soon as possible. If you need any future assistance, we would encourage you to speak to our local store manager who will be happy to help. This is the first time Ive heard anything about the company denying my warranty or Fitzparick having to fight for me. It sounds good for Fitzpatick but why was this never told to me in the almost month I went without a bed. I fuse to believe that.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in any sales environment. I did the financing, they said my love seat would be in in 3 weeks. 4 weeks later, they call and say oh by the way it's back ordered for 2 more months. Then shortly after that I get an automatic draft out of my account for $150 for something that I never received. I had a manager and a sales person tell me that they were going to call me and let me know if they found something that they could get to me sooner. I never heard from either one. When I mentioned this to them, they acted as if they had never did that.
