Review: Mr F[redacted] and his company sold me dock for the pond last year for 3000 dollars. Dock was not properly secured and was detached from the bank in the pond. Its flowing in the pond for last 5 months. Currently my family unable to use pond for any activities ( fishing, kayaking) , because of hazard of being injured by the freely swimming dock. This pond pond is used by my two disabled children ( one has autism and another has development disorder) as primary plays of social and physical activities .

I placed multiple calls to Fitz pond company without results.

Please, help to resolve issueDesired Settlement: I want my dock to be properly and safely secured in the pond bank
