BBB spoke to Eric at business and the following was relayed: I am willing to refund the customer $in good faith in an effort to resolve the complaint with the customerIn exchange, I would request the customer agree that there will be no additional negative comments will be posted online

The receptacle I changed in her garage was for freeThe new box I added in the basement was a transformer, which I did for freeThe doorbell cover that broke was a chime which I told her was old and needed to be updated so the doorbell would work properly, which I also worked on for free!! There's
no need to get an electrical inspection when your just getting some outlets and a GFI installedElectricial inspections are for bigger projects like a service change, panel upgrade, or adding power for a swimming poolI don't just use a homeowners bathroom without asking eitherThat's just wrong and disrespectfulWhen I'm at a customer's house I treat it like my ownThat's why I change into my indoor shoes when I come in a house, use drop clothes, and vacuum after I'm doneAs far as me begging for a star review on my *** *** web page is ridiculous!!
