Above and Beyond
My daughter is on a cheer team that is called the Tiger Sharks. We wanted to do a beach bag filled with goodies for all the kids on the team with shark related items, so when I went shopping around I came across the summer items that just came out here. There was a shark beach towel, matching tumbler cup with a straw, and shark gummy candies. They were perfect for our bags and the store in Oxford MS had exactly 19 towels so we bought them all, but they only had 11 of the cups. When I asked the gentleman and lady working that evening they told me they were going to get another truck but were not sure if they would get the cups and the other issue was I needed them in a week. So the lady called her store manager, who had already left for the day by the way, and he called other stores in the area and found the remaining cups I needed. He called back and asked if I wanted them shipped to his store for me to pick up or did I want to drive to that store for pick up? Because it was such short notice I wasn't sure if they would arrive in time so I chose to drive and pick them up. With work and my schedule I was not able to pick them up for a few more days so the store agreed to hold them for me and for me to pick them up on a set day. I could not be more grateful for the team at my local store in Oxford and the one that was honestly only a 45 minute drive and worth every minute, in Tupelo Ms. That store also deserves a shout out because they were just as friendly and the store was super clean and I ended up shopping in there for some other things I needed for a completely separate event. My family and I love the 5 Below store and this just goes to prove why. I have never had a bad experience at my local store or any one that I have visited for that matter and we do shop there pretty often. The associate who helped me in Oxford was Alexis Thompson so she deserves an extra special shout out for initiating this above and beyond experience for our team. Thank you for having such amazing teams at these stores and for the associates for being so friendly and caring.

I made 2 different orders today and both was to be delivered but the system messed up and made one for delivery and one for pickup. Then when I called to make a report I was talked to rudely. I'm on social security and want my 2refunds put back Immediately. Also I deserve a credit for your systems mistakes.

Went to the store in Owensboro KY off of HWY 54 and had an absolute wonderful experience Very friendly and informative Professional helpers Awesome Store Manager The whole store is absolutely perfect Well lit and organized

I was in the store and needed a certain item for my daughters after only 5 or 6 mins of not being able to find what I was looking for an employee named jonni came to my rescue. She was able to help me and it really made my day because she was very friendly and professional at the same time. Great service and wonderful employees. I recomend them to all my family and friends.

Will never shop online again
I ordered a few items off the five below website on 11/21/2020. Because of the pandemic I shop online as much as possible. After thanksgiving I finally was given a tracking number for 2 orders. great I thought it'll be here soon as it says within 10 business days. On Nov 29th I contacted customer service because the tracking info still had stated UDS has not received the package. 11/30 it updated to delayed. Customer service said if I didn't have it by Dec 1st contact again. I did. At first it showed delivery by 8pm today this was at 8 am 11 am delayed again expected by Dec 2-3. Really. I decided to contact customer service again and was offered free shipping on my next order -.- As well as was told it is out of there hands. decided to contact uds and was told its delayed because they never received the package. How is it five below says its out our hands and uds says we still don't have it. Not to mention same tracking number says 2 different things. when you click the tracking link from your order in 5 below it says delayed when you track through uds website it says still waiting on item. So where is the truth in this -.-

Bad Management
What a bad experience. I went to the Westchase /11043 Westheimer- 77042 -location in Houston Tx. I go up to the counter to buy my item. Two girls were behind the counter. One was sitting down doing nothing but making idol conversation with the other girl.. The other was counting merchandize. Nether looked too happy to see me walk up. The girl that rings me up tells me ( because I’m paying with cash , and they have no change, and She said NONE) that they will have to round it off to the nearest dollar. O.K. So my total was $6.01. I gave her a $20.00. She gives me back $13.00. That’s not rounding it off. Rounding it off would be $6.00. Giving me back me $14.00. When I told her this she tells me “ I told you we were going to have to round it off”. I told her that rounding it off to the nearest dollar would make it $6.00. She tells me but that would make my cash drawer short a penny. So instead of having her cash drawer short a penny they are going to over charge me 99 cents? Is this a company policy? I asked to speak to a manager. The Manager comes up from the back. (Who looked like she just woke up from a nap) Tells me the same thing. So I got my money back and gave the back the item . Lost sale. Never going back. This is very bad business.

I bought two.items off the five below website, Tracked my package and it finally came. I only got one of the items I ordered, sent a message to the company only to find out that the other item I ordered wasn't in stock. When i.ordered it, it was in stock. How did it go from being in stock to put of stock? Really disappointed as I really wanted that item.

On Tuesday morning Jan 3, around 10:30am, I was shopping at a Five Below Store at Gateway Overlook Drive, Elkridge, Maryland XXXXX After some time of browsing, the item I was looking for was not there and I decided to leave As I walked towards the exit, a Five Below employee said that I would have to wait to leave the store on account that the door was malfunctioning After some time, I was able to leave the store and headed next door to Best Buy Right after I entered the store, I was stopped from behind by a Howard County Police Officer, who said I had been accused of stealing at the Five Below store next door At this point, I frantically call my husband at work and tell him that I have been stopped by the cops for shoplifting He immediately leaves work to come be with me In the meantime, the cop called for back-up, threatened to take me to jail, and walked me back to Five Below There, a manager, Anita [redacted] not the employee that witnessed the shoplifti

Review: A few weeks ago I was in the Five Below at [redacted], PA. While I was there, there was a metal rack sticking way out from the shelves and when I leaned over to put an item into my cart my glasses got damaged by the metal rack. I let management know as soon as it happened, they filed an incident report, & told me that HQ would be getting in touch with me. Since then I have heard nothing. I have called HQ atleast 3 times & have been stuck leaving voicemails, without any responses. I have gone to an eye doctor & have found that my glasses are not scratched, they are actually cut & the damage is not repairable, the only choice would be to replace them. I have to wear glasses, they are not simple reading glasses, they are required prescription.Desired Settlement: I need my glasses to be replaced.
