Five County Waste Disposal

In June I contacted this company to come out and drain our sewer cost 250.00 The man was late coming out he complained the whole time. He tried to get more money from me because he worked 15 min over. as soon as I went into the house he hurried and covered the tank up The tank was not fully drained. It is now Sept. and sewer is seeping above ground. I called Five County Waste Disposal back explained the issue the owner told me that it was ok for the tank to fill back up already. I called [redacted] They came out and cleaned out the filter cost me 125.oo. that part of the tank is full 2/3 and needs to be drained. It will now cost me 235.00 more for another company to do what the first one was supposed to do.Product_Or_Service: Waste removed form septic ankDesired SettlementI wish for the Five county Waste Disposal to Refund me the 235.00 it is going to cost. They were supposed to do this work when they came out.Business Response In response to Ms. [redacted] complaint when she contacted me about her septic tank being full again after 3 months I tried to explain to her according to N.C.Septic Tank and Environmental services a family of 3 people use about 320 to 340 gaL. of water daily and it had been 3 months since we had pumped her tank. I also explained that her tank was 1000 gal. capacity so that being said she told me there was only 2 people living there so in about a week at the most her tank would be back up to normal operating level which is approximately 6 in. below top of the tank, I ask her how old the system was and it was at the age that most drain fields are at there capacity and just can't take anymore water.I also explained to her that we had more than normal rain fall in the past 12 months and that would add to the problem.I'm sure by now her tank is full again and most likely the only thing that will fix the problem for any length of time would be adding on some more drain lines the average life of a good drain field is approximately 20 yrs. I advised Ms. [redacted] to contact the local health dept. in order for them to evaluate the condition of her existing drain field and if they thought it was necessary to add on to her system they would decide where on her property was the best place to do such and they would issue her a repair permit to resolve the problem.
