I issued a refund to my client a week ago? Clients claim were a bit exaggerated as "we" - client and myself kept pushing the date to three weekends (not times) due to wanting the best weather conditions for the client? Client wanted snow in the session and there were heavy cloud days where there would not have been enough light? There were extreme cold days? This is Cleveland and weather is unpredictable during the winter months? Client was very agreeable to switching weekends for best weather conditions? Dispute is resolved and client has been refunded? Thank you!? ?
