Scheduled for Mister Sparky to come out on Friday between 8AM & 11AM, I received a call from the office to inform me that someone would arrive within the next half hour and Aaron and Stephen arrived shortly afterBoth men were incredibly polite and informativeThey asked permission before doing anything inside or outside of the home and answered any and all of our questionsWe did not have work doneyet, but are excited to have these gentlemen return to do so

Aaron (from Mister Sparky) was out here with his wife *** just hours after the tornado hit, with tools and ladders and a smileThey chopped trees in our yard for HOURS to make it safe for cars and emergency vehicles to travel down our streetThey are hard workers and did it all with a great attitude! It would have taken us DAYS to do all they did, on their own time, for strangers! I can't say enough good things about them!

Company pricing has to be mentionedThey have a tiered pricing structure for troubleshooting that actually worked out for me I believe, but for small simple jobs, it would not benefit the customer in my opinion
