This letter is in regards to ID number We have contacted the Complainant and her main complaint is her move out charges for carpet damagesProgress Management issued a check today 10/05/for a total of $This $is a refund of her deposit that was originally taken out of her security deposit for what we would normally as as damages in accordance with our security deposit guidelines that is signed upon move inWe have refunded this $to make an effort to provide a favorable customer service experience to the complainant.Every apartment is viewed prior to the signing of the lease and all work orders are taken care of in a timely mannerWe have maintnenace on site days a week and also have an emergency phone for all after hour's maintenance emergenciesWe do not allow aggressive breeds of dogs as pets on any of our properties, unless otherwise required to by law for accommodation purposesNo bill was ever sent to the complainantIn fact a refund of $was issued on 7/28/for the remainder of the security deposit along with an itemized list of any deductionsAs of 10/5/this has been amended to refund an additional $Progress Management has made every effort to insure the satisfaction of the complainant and we hope that this concludes our business with them.Best Regards, [redacted]

security deposit for what we would normally as as damages in accordance with our security deposit guidelines that is signed upon move in. We have refunded this $740 to make an effort to provide a favorable customer service experience to the complainant.Every apartment is viewed prior to the signing of the lease and all work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. We have maintnenace on site 5 days a week and also have an emergency phone for all after hour's maintenance emergencies. We do not allow aggressive breeds of dogs as pets on any of our properties, unless otherwise required to by law for accommodation purposes. No bill was ever sent to the complainant. In fact a refund of $43.67 was issued on 7/28/2016 for the remainder of the security deposit along with an itemized list of any deductions. As of 10/5/16 this has been amended to refund an additional $740. Progress Management has made every effort to insure the satisfaction of the complainant and we hope that this concludes our business with them.Best Regards,[redacted]
