Easy to work with, very professional

We called Five Points to make a proposal for a leaky rubber porch roof First impression was excellent and very professional After a look at our house, their focus immediately became "hail damage" on the main shingle roof Doug attempted to overtake our project, heavily pushing a complete replacement on our "damaged" shingled roof, offering to work with our insurance company to "get a new roof", and even sending another employee to inspect (who then claimed "wind damage") Very aggressive business tactics They never showed me any photos of "damage", but claimed the shingle roof was "unrepairable" I had to ask for the proposal on our real issue: our leaky porch roof, was told they were "working on it" We waited another week for that price, which was comparable with others we received, but by then we didn't trust them and their pushy tactics (Insadjustor found no hail or wind damage on our shingles.)

This company exceeded my expectations. I was pessimistic about Doug's assurance that my insurance company would help to cover my costs. He came through. The work Brian did as a foreman was great. The roof was installed in one day and the the cleanup was fantastic. I was concerned about nails as others have warned me about. But the crew left no trace. Great people that I strongly recommend.

Communications was excellent throughout our roofing experience. Day to day cleanup and carefulness to landscaping, windows and doors was always with concern and attention to detail. We are 110% satisfied.
