Hi, Five Star Air Conditioning & Heating perform work for Fidelity Home Warranty.  On 9/4/2015 my technician [redacted] was at [redacted] because the a/c was not working, he found a tripped float switch on secondary pan to prevent water damage.  This a/c problem was...

because lack on maintenance and causing clogged up drain, and this is something Fidelity Home Warranty don't cover.  So [redacted] told [redacted] that he was going to clean the clogged drain line and take all the water from the secondary pan for no extra charge only the $65 that Fidelity Home Warranty ask us to charge for diagnostic the problem.  [redacted] told the homeowner that a/c was up and running, and that she needs a tune-up for the complete air conditioning.  We schedule a service call to go back to do tune-up for Tuesday after labor day.  On Sunday morning we lost a family member and we had to travel outside of the U.S. and we did not came back until Tuesday night.  I spoke to [redacted] today 9/11/2015 at 7:45 AM and told her why we couldn't make it to the appointment and that we are sending a check for the amount of $65 dollars that she paid for the diagnostic.  [redacted]
