Hi, Five Star Air Conditioning & Heating perform work for Fidelity Home Warranty On 9/4/my technician [redacted] was at [redacted] because the a/c was not working, he found a tripped float switch on secondary pan to prevent water damage This a/c problem was because lack on maintenance and causing clogged up drain, and this is something Fidelity Home Warranty don't cover So [redacted] told [redacted] that he was going to clean the clogged drain line and take all the water from the secondary pan for no extra charge only the $that Fidelity Home Warranty ask us to charge for diagnostic the problem [redacted] told the homeowner that a/c was up and running, and that she needs a tufor the complete air conditioning We schedule a service call to go back to do tufor Tuesday after labor day On Sunday morning we lost a family member and we had to travel outside of the U.Sand we did not came back until Tuesday night I spoke to [redacted] today 9/11/at 7:AM and told her why we couldn't make it to the appointment and that we are sending a check for the amount of $dollars that she paid for the diagnostic [redacted]
