Review: Took my car here for an oil leak on 05/10/1016, they call me saying that they have checked for oil leaks and that I was in luck because the leak was coming from the top part and that it only will be needed a valve cover gasket and spark plug and camshaft oil seal, so they charged me a total of $354. They called me later that day saying that the car was all fixed and ready to be picked up but when I got there that was after hours I noticed that the car was still leaking as how I brought it in. I called next day and they told me it was probably the residue of the old oil that was left in the car I asked if they have checked after they were done fixing it because every time you start the car you can see the oil dripping and they said that yes they did and that If wanted I could bring it back so I did, I was left without a car for couple days because the guy that was supposed to look at it wasn't at the shop, finally they called saying that it would cost me a total of $1242.70 to have it fix, I couldn't afford that price since I am a single mother and asked the office guy if I could get my money back because my car is leaving the same way I brought it in and that part of the bill of $59.50 was for them to check for all oil leaks and that obviously they didn't do a good job there the office guy looked very mad and told that they wont give me any money back so I told him that I will do a complaint and he said pretty much that he didn't care so I just feel very disappointed because they just took advantage of me because I don't know much about cars.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back because car was left the way I brought it in and also for the waste of my time to be without a car.
