Five Star Auto never contacted me about pricingWhen my girlfriend went to pick up the keys, they told her she would have to pay for the repairsShe specifically asked why they weren't freeFive star auto told her that it is not free, so instead of allowing them to hold my keys hostage, she paid it so I could be able to driveThe April 7th repair price of $needs to be refunded in full as it was an erroneous charge covered under warranties that were on file from the last repair they performed on my vehicle

***, nor his girlfriend, expressed any concerns that the failed brake light switch was or may be a warranty repair After we diagnosed the problem, the customer was called and informed that the brake light switch needed to be replaced and was quoted $ Failed part warranty
repairs need to follow specific procedures in order for the shop to receive credit for the bad part and labor We would have eagerly performed the no charge warranty work if we had known it was a warranty repair.Also, *** does not mention in his statement that we offered him a full refund to be paid as store credit towards his next purchase*** ***

I disagree with [redacted]'s comments in the fact that I personally called and called and received authorization of $147.50 for repairs.
I still offer in-store credit on $147.50 for [redacted] with no hard feelings.
