I called several times to talk about her dressI left messages each time I have been waiting to here if she wanted us to see iif we could find a similar fabric , or she could find one that she liked and we could replace the fabric that did not hold up to dry cleaning even though the care label says it would be the best way to cleanI also suggested she take it back tto where she purchased the dressI will have a check for as per her request on Monday evening at the store or we can mail it

There is a $ in store credit waiting for the customer to use at any timeIt is already in the computer in the customer's file

I am rejecting this response because:
I have already received payment from the manager for the value of the dress; I don't need a refund for the dry cleaning of the other items I chose not to have them repair it because the last item they repaired came back too short and was unwearable The owner calls and leaves messages because I am in school and do not have service where I am Then she does not give me a call back number but says that I have to call the manager instead I do not feel this convenient nor professional way to do business with customers that already have a complaint It leads to more confusion and frustration However, I do appreciate the manager making it right by giving me what I paid for the dress in cash when I went to pick up the dress

Five Star Cleaners is inaccurately representing their services in the advertisements on their websiteThey advertise a laundering and pressing service for plain button down shirtsThey do not specify that this only pertains to men's shirts, and when I called to inquire their charge for women's shirts, they informed me without seeing the shirts I was talking about that any shirt I brought in would be dry cleaned for a fee of $compared to $for pressing and laundering of a man's button down shirtThis is blatant discrimination

To date, all attempts to contact customer have been without response

Five Star Cleaners did contact me and I spoke to them on the phone.  They informed me that they found my pants and asked that I come by...

the store to verify.  I was out of town when I received the phone call, but went by the store upon my return.  I am glad to confirm that they found my 2 brown pairs of pants.  They informed me the pants were "at the main plant".  Unfortunately, they were unable to locate my grey pair of pants.

This particular sweater had a care label which indicated both dry cleaning and washing were acceptable cleaning methods. If the garment shrunk as the customer stated, then the garment itself has a problem because either cleaning method should not have shrunk the garment. The problem is in the...

There is a $10.00  in store credit waiting for the customer to use at any time. It is already in the computer in the customer's file.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have brought this garment into the same cleaners and it didn't shrink at that time.  If I followed the instructions as stated on the label of the garment and my sweater shrunk then how is that not the responsibility of the dry cleaner?  I took my good sweater to the dry cleaner thinking they would do the same good work they had done in the past.  They not only did not do "five star" work but the way I was talked to by the Owner was completely unnecessary and without any regard to good customer service.
