Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Their service kept declining over the last couple of years, which is why I needed to contact them about things not done. They would consistently check off on a checklist of tasks to be completed (either on the weekend or mid-week - two different checklists) even though the task had NOT been done Every time I contacted [redacted] about it, he would say "Sorry for the inconvenienceIt won't happen again." But it always did happen again He apparently got tired of me calling him on his company's deception, lies, whatever term you want to call it So he had a tizzy fit and quit I, of course, did not want this company back in my building again They turned out to be liars after all It can also be said that they were stealing my money because they took it without rendering the services they were being paid for - and then lying about it saying they did Would you want these people back in your business unattended? Nobody would The very least they can do is to refund the final week of service - where they did not even come into the building, never mind all the money they stole over the years by not actually doing what they were paid to do And this nonsense about him being on vacation and having to send 'arrange with one of my staff guys to go by and return the key" First, he didn't do the work in the building his 'staff' did (meaning his kids) and THEY had the key So it didn't matter if he was on vacation or not And, this must have been an awfully long vacation, because I first asked for the key and refund on February Key was dropped off on Feb 24th I texted again on March asking for my refund of $ He responded saying that "he would have his "accounting office" (meaning himself) mail us a check when he returned from his Hawaiian vacation on March 27th" So Feb - March is a delightfully long vacation Clearly he can afford to refund the $he owes us for Services NOT Rendered So he has already agreed to give us our money back - in that text sent on March 14th from Hawaii He is just letting his big ego get in the way of doing the right thing And, I don't see how texting times over the course of weeks asking for the refund he owes us is harassment RidiculousThe ethical thing to do is to refund our money But I can see now that 'Ethics" is not his strong suit I now refer to them as Two-Star Cleaning No Five Stars here Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We tried many times to help with any issuesBut she still kept coming back with something
New every timeAfter a few times her coming back with some new every time she called
I decided to just stop service at her locationIt was one week before the end of the month
One more visit on a Sun and
one more on a Wed
She reply later in the day and said don’t come back again stop not and drop off my key in the
office todayI was on vacation during this timeI had to arrange with one of my staff guys to
go by and return the keySince she decline my offer to finish up the month and she cancelled
insteadIm entitle to not give any refunds
By the way she did keep texting me and harassing me for a refundI will call my attorney and
Have him take care of this matter
Im not sure why you threaten me of cancelling my membership if I did not respond in less
Than two daysI pay for this membership this is not a free service for me!!!
I will not pay this person the $she is claiming she decline my offer to finish up the month
As a practiceWe didn’t have a contract or anything it was just a verbal agreement for
Some 6+ yrsNo refund…
THANK YOU,

Their service kept declining over the last couple of years, which is why I needed to contact them about things not done. They would consistently check off on a checklist of tasks to be completed (either on the weekend or mid-week - two different checklists) even though the task had NOT been done.  Every time I contacted [redacted] about it, he would say "Sorry for the inconvenience. It won't happen again."  But it always did happen again.  He apparently got tired of me calling him on his company's deception, lies,  whatever term you want to call it.   So he had a tizzy fit and quit.   I, of course, did not want this company back in my building again.   They turned out to be liars after all.  It can also be said that they were stealing my money because they took it without rendering the services they were being paid for - and then lying about it saying they did.  Would you want these people back in your business unattended?  Nobody would.  The very least they can do is to refund the final week of service - where they did not even come into the building, never mind all the money they stole over the years by not actually doing what they were paid to do.  And this nonsense about him being on vacation and having to send 'arrange with one of my staff guys to go by and return the key".   First, he didn't do the work in the building his 'staff' did (meaning his kids) and THEY had the key.  So it didn't matter if he was on vacation or not.  And, this must have been an awfully long vacation, because I first asked for the key and refund on February 22.    Key was dropped off on Feb 24th.  I texted again on March 14 asking for my refund of $100.   He responded saying that "he would have his "accounting office" (meaning himself) mail us a check when he returned from his Hawaiian vacation on March 27th".   So Feb 22 - March 27 is a delightfully long vacation.   Clearly he can afford to refund the $100 he owes us for Services NOT Rendered.  So he has already agreed to give us our money back - in that text sent on March 14th from Hawaii.   He is just letting his big ego get in the way of doing the right thing.   And, I don't see how texting 3 times over the course of 6 weeks asking for the refund he owes us is harassment.   Ridiculous. The ethical thing to do is to refund our money.   But I can see now that 'Ethics" is not his strong suit.   I now refer to them as Two-Star Cleaning.  No Five Stars here.  Sincerely,[redacted]
