Five Star Construction did everything to please the customerWe didn't put joints when concrete was pouredBut we went back to saw cut joints before HrsAlso Added extra work that we never charged for putting in pipe to run sprinkler lines and fixing existing foundationAt first there was
nothing wrong with the foundationOwner complained saying we needed to fill in small holesso we went back to resurface itOwner even walked through it and said everything was okay, even paid us after holding a check for a weekThere was communication through the process every time she called or texted we always got back to herFive Star Construction is going to go back to look at the project again this week to try and make customer satisfied

I am rejecting this response because: Five Star Construction has not contacted us about what date and time they will be here to correct the patioWe would like to make sure we are hereThey have also not told us what they are planning to do to correct the patioAlso, their employee leaked oil all over our existing driveway and has told us that he is going to clean it with a power washer, but has yet to do soWe will wait to hear back from them either through this medium or through personal contactThank you.
