I was forced to call this electrician after Florida Power and Light failed to do anything about my electric problems at the house. All the work was conducted outside the house on poles and boxes and FPL claims no responsibility. I have filed a separate complaint about them. In reference to the current complaint against Five Star, I really feel I was gouged on the price of the work. I feel 1000 dollars is an exorbitant amount of money to pay for the work that was done. I would really like this reviewed and a partial refund allotted to myself,unless FPL covers the work after answering my other complaint against them.
Billing Adjustment Partial refund to myself, unless FPL agrees to pay for all the work, which ultimately should be accountable to them and my HOA. All work was conducted outside the house and I feel like I have been taken advantage of by all parties.
This was a service call that came in at 11:30 PM.
This is premium rates this is triple time in pay rate.
The service wires to your main disconnect outside where fried.NO A/C no stove no hot water no lights.
All burnt wires replaced and connections secured.
Working on high voltage at 12 midnight in the dark was very hazardous.If we would have not taking care of issues you would have went to a hotel florida and no A/C don't go to well and in the dark. Even if it was during the day it was a tuff job to troubleshoot and repair.We charged a little more for midnight power outage in home.We provided electrical service late night charge and 125 amp wire correction for half power to house.
