Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I did read the comment posted which is not at all true I did return the motor for inspection because of the knocking noise And I have complied with install and warranty procedures n even went above and beyond putting top grade oil in it he is inspecting the motor that I took back we're trying to come to some kind of agreement although he says there's no problem with the motor but obviously I would not of taking the motor out and took it back if there wasn't a problem so I don't know where we're going to be what that I did tell him that if I get the motor back and it runs good no knocking noise that I will give him I will retract my statement and give him a full Balaji so we're going to have to see where that goes because like I said there's a problem with the motor he says there's not but when it was running there was a knocking noise in it so I don't know what else to do at this time I do apologize for the language.and do hope this is worked out Regards, [redacted] ***

what good is a company that don't back what they do he only back company that been in business for years sure even I can guarantee comp cams n edelbrock n feel pro gaskets because they have warranty Mr S [redacted] should close his business and for the I never seen he sells junk needs to be out of business

To Whom it may concern: The complaint is very self explanatory with alleged issues and no basis or facts about any defective parts or workmanship There are many factors in which a "remanufactured" (not "new") engine may have an alleged "knocking" noise including defective parts, defective workmanship, improper installation, improper break-in, any many other factors Some facts are as follows: [redacted] purchased a Chevrolet remanufactured long block engine from Five Star [redacted] was provided a full written one year unlimited mileage warranty (signed by Mr***) [redacted] has not returned the engine for any diagnosis or warranty inspection [redacted] has not complied with the warranty We have and will stand behind our product 100% [redacted] seems to alleging engine issues without knowing what the issue is or cause We will be happy to inspect and diagnosis the engine for any alleged issues [redacted] was also given over a $discount as a courtesy because he did not have any more funds at the time of purchase We are prepared to defend ourselves in court if necessary and will advise the Revdex.com of the outcome We will offer no monetary funds at this or any time as the purchase is non-refundable, but will stand behind our product for any alleged warranty issues Thank you for your time and consideration *** [redacted] p.sVery nice adult language by [redacted] ***

Interesting how we only use Fel Pro gaskets / seals, Comp Cams camshafts / lifters, and Edelbrock parts (all top quality name brand parts) All of the manufacturers parts Mr [redacted] listed in his complaint we used on his engine His alleged complaint was that the Fel Pro front seal / gasket was leaking We have over 99% customer satisfaction in thousands of engines soldMr [redacted] has also stated the engines performs great, only alleged oil leak issues in which have all been resolved according to Mr [redacted] Thanks again, Chris
