Five Star Fence and Deck

This man did not hire meHis neighbor hired meHe started calling me over and over and over again probably a hundred phone calls and one day you just don't do that one phone call would have been sufficientWe are not responsible for sprinkler lines we will fix them if people are courteous about it he wasn't he harassed me threaten me and now he's writing bad reviews when his fence is good it's just a sprinkler lines that are underneath the fence he saysHe even threatened to have his students write bad reviews about me what kind of teacher does that for his own personal gain I would like to know where he teachers so I can tell the board about his unethical BehaviorThe only way I will fix those sprinkler lines is if he apologizes for harassing me removes his reviews and leave me alonehe's just one of those kind of guys everybody knows one nobody wants to no one but everybody doesIts sad that they have a forum to express their inaccurate veiws onlineHes waisting your time and mineIf I get an apology and he removes all the lies off line that he has posted ill reconsider fixing it

The man lied to me and told me that he had 70' of fenceIt was actually 110' of fenceHe paid me $depoaitI installed 95' of fence on steel post ( an up graded fence from what he wanted)I have not gotten anymore money from himIt did take a little linger than expected thats why I have not pursued him for th e rext if the moneyHe recieved a better qualityfence for less than half priceThis conplaint is without merit or factsIf he wants to continue with these complaints I will prrsue all avenues to make sure he pays for the fence that was installed at his houseHe recieved over $worth of fence for $and he wants to complain that I am unwilling to do the other 10' for freePlus the othe 25' that was on his back line.?

Why did you pay for it if it was done wrong? Where do you teach? What are you a social worker or something? I am rejecting this response because:My neighbor contacted you but we both hired you for this jobYou came and collect a check from me, not from my neighbor onlyIn fact, my neighbor's fence has same problem and she tried to contact you many times, and you didn't answer the calls and didn't come to fix the issueDo you want me to remind her to complain at Revdex.com as well? we can do that. 2. I have no interested talking to you if no necessaryYou don’t answer calls, and after many calls, you answered and promised to come and fix the issues, but you never showed upNo call or message to apologize and rescheduleI had to call again and againIf you answered the call there would have no following callsIf you had the fence done right, there would be no following issueIf you keep you promises, there would have no following hassle. 3. I talked to my students my bad experience, and they (all graduate students, adults, knowing what they are doing) said they will post my experience on their social network. 4. [redacted] and I ended our business relationship in a mutual agreement.  He got over $2000 worth of fence for $750. Thats the facts. Im not going back and forth with him. He can either drop everything or I will go after the money he owes me. He has already agreeded to those terms so im really not sure what this is all about

I will get out there anf get the last 10' of fence put up. It wouldn't be  $500. Its more like $180. I originally thought that we were done. But I will make it right with her for sure

Even though I didnt charge her for the rail and her husband told [redacted] the installer that he loved it I will replace it
