Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] (23141179) Good afternoon, I received this complaint from a former member of ours [redacted] First I want to start by saying this member has already been canceled out, with a zero balanceSecond I would like to point out all of the attached files sent with this emailIncluding copy of signed contract with all fees associated if the payments are not made (signed by [redacted] ), as well as her payment history to show she HAS missed MULTIPLE payments, also including a detailed list of notes on her account from the start of her membership here at FivestarThis member has disputed charges from us multiple timesShe has come into the club asking for returns on the extra fees she has paid in result of her payment not going through, and every time we refunded her associated feesEven tho she signed an agreement acknowledging the fees when payments are not madeAwhile back she called the gym cursing at my accounts to stop calling her and to cancel out the account, calling my worker every name in the book, very very disgusting and childishI returned the call and informed her she is not allowed in the club and that her account has been cancelled and zeroed out without taking the day notice or last payment like she also signed for on her contractShe seems to never remember anything she is told by front desk, and turns their words aroundThe notes from our billing company shows the NUMEROUS times we have waived or removed fees from her account [redacted] was refunded, fees dropped, and canceled with zero balance Thank you **

*** *** was issued a refund for her $charge on 5/31/ABC Financial our old billing company told my employee *** that it would be back in her account in 3-business daysWhen I sat
down with *** on Monday June 13th or Tuesday June 14th, the same billing company told me that due to her having a bank account on file and not a debit card that it would take up to Business days to reflect in her accountI informed *** that *** was given the wrong information at first, and for all the miss communication, I would give her months for free (also attached is a copy of her member page with the new billing company showing her next due as 12/30/16)
The attached documents show the refund issued on 5/31/16, it also shows the payment posting to her account on 6/15/

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  HOWEVER, THE MANAGER ** LIED IN HIS RESPONSE.  i WAS NEVER LATE IN ANY PAYMENTS - MADE PAYMENTS FOR MANY YEARS UNTIL FIVE STAR EMBEZZLED FUNDS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT TWO TIMES!  ANY SO CALLED LATE FEES THAT WERE PUT ON MY ACCOUNT WERE FRAUDULENT.  I WAS NEVER CONFUSED WITH THEIR STATEMENTS RE THE FRONT DESK OR ANYONE ELSE.  SIMPLY PUT, THEIR FRAUDULENT AND HARASSING BUSINESS PRACTICES HAVE DRIVEN ME AWAY FROM THEIR POORLY RUN GYM.  SEEMS A LOT OF US ARE CANCELING OUR MEMBERSHIPS, RATHER THEN BE DEFRAUDED FROM A REALLY POORLY RUN BUSINESS THAT BELIEVES EMBEZZLING FUNDS AND LYING ABOUT CUSTOMERS' ACTIONS AND WORDS ARE THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS! BUT, CONSIDERING THE GYM IS OWNED BY A CRIMINAL AND RUN BY A TEENYBOPPER WHO SEEMS TOTALLY UNAWARE THAT HE IS HARASSING INNOCENT CUSTOMERS FOR THIS CRIMINAL MAKES MY HAPPY I WILL NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH HAVING FUNDS EMBEZZLED FROM MY ACCOUNT OR LIES AND HARASSMENT PUT UPON ME. REALLY, WHY THE HELL DO YOU THINK THAT YOU'RE LOSING CUSTOMERS BY THE DROVES?
