I bought a front load washer in December of I had it for monthsCalled Strafford Appliances for them to take a look at itI had them come out twiceThey said it was our faultMachine is fineWe still cannot use that cycle It keeps going back and forthThat can last foreverI bought the extended warrantySo I called GEThey wanted to send Strafford Appliances outI said noI wanted someone elseSo I found Mr appliance from Epping , Nh HThe had to wait for GE to call them to get the o, to come outGE has never called them to give them the ok to come early look at my washerStrafford Appliances doesn't stand behind their productI feel they took my $For the washer and the warranty contractAs far as I am concerned they sold me a defective product therefore theyou stole money from me

I bought a front load washer in December of 2015. I had it for 3 months. Called Strafford Appliances for them to take a look at it. I had them come out twice. They said it was our fault. Machine is fine. We still cannot use that cycle. It keeps going back and forth. That can last forever. I bought the extended warranty. So I called GE. They wanted to send Strafford Appliances out. I said no. I wanted someone else. So I found Mr appliance from Epping , Nh H. The had to wait for GE to call them to get the o, to come out. GE has never called them to give them the ok to come early look at my washer. Strafford Appliances doesn't stand behind their product. I feel they took my $1100. For the washer and the warranty contract. As far as I am concerned they sold me a defective product therefore theyou stole money from me.
