Customer has a current credit of $106.25.  Even though consistent payments were made the account was not current until close to the end of the season.  A $100.00 payment was made on 4/6 ,leaving a credit balance of $56.25. Customer was told at that time she did not owe that much and ask if she was sure she wanted to pay it.  She replied yes, she would be ahead for next season.  Another payment of $50.00 was posted on 4/28.  On May 3rd, they attended our clinics and filled out and signed a new waiver.  The waiver states there are no refunds and credits are good for a period of 1 year before forfeited.  I do have witnesses to the conversation where I ask if she was sure she wanted to pay ahead.  And even though she was never current on her account, because she paid consistently, we never charged her any late fees.

Thank you for your response. We agree that this is ridiculous and are not in any way trying to be "difficult". The rationale does not make sense. We placed the order in July 2015. Our check for $188.50 is dated July 27, 2015 and it cleared on July 28, 2015. We were promised the custom Leotard ordered in AXS to be received around November 2015 and we were not contacted. After contacting your office, we were given another style Leotard in a child medium size because your office sold ours to another gym member. We cannot accept the incorrect item. You now have our money and the money of the other client that purchased our Leotard. Since you cannot promptly provide the exact item that we ordered and paid for, we are simply requesting a full refund. This is the only reasonable and fair solution. Thanks again for your attention to this matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am requesting the credit that is owed. All fees were paid before the waiver of the next season was signed. There is a 125.00 commitment fee that was never paid to the gym which would not commit my child to the gym for the next competition season. I also paid for her tryouts via cash which wouldn't have touched the credit on the account. Though there were people in the office when I paid ahead no concern was ever raised or asked if I was sure if I wanted to place the credit on her account.
