Review: [redacted] was hired to do an Epoxy garage floor early March 2015. Problems are as follows: 1. [redacted] said that price included all the moving of belongings in and out of garage and tarps provided.There was 1 trap provided and wasn't enough to protect the belongings. Blew off in the rain. Water damage to belongings. When asked about tarps he advised me to buy some during the rainy days.Belongings in cardboard boxes soaked and not protected. Wood became warped.At times he had no dolly and wooden cabinets and desk were dragged over cement. Damaged.2. Quoted a price with a Lifetime warranty floor for $ 3,000.00. When I said I didn't need a Lifetime Warranty, he then said the price would be only $ 2,800.00. When I questioned the slight difference in price he said that the Lifetime was really $ 3,400.00.3. A $ 1000.00 deposit given.No contract given to customer. Contract provided a week later with with no license number, no address and the wrong amount showing. I had to point that out. 4. The floor was done. Mr. [redacted] argued about his lack of availability to return to move all the belongings back into garage. Delays due to Mr. [redacted] starting other jobs. Belongings left uncovered in driveway and side yard in an unorganized fashion. Engaged my hired help in conversations, asking them to move things in, even on another day while I am NOT home.Even when I asked him not to do that he attempted to do so on another day.5. Bad flooring job:I noticed that areas of floor not urethaned. Some areas smooth other rough and not vanished. Border around floor not done. Cabinets floors not covered.many cracks on border around floor not done.Came back and attempted to do. Rechecked again and still not done.6. Messy workplace .Work things left everywhere in driveway at night. Dirty buckets and rollers with paint left all over the the place. Large paint stains of rollers and buckets in grey paint left in driveway.Left the job not finished. No license, dishonest,and slippery!Desired Settlement: Comparable payment,$ 500.00 to have floor completely finsihed properly by an outside qualified, skilled, licensed person.
