The guys from Five Star just completed my sprinkler repair, changed all the valves & buried my filter which has been in the middle of the yard for ever, yeah!!! They did a very nice job, very neat & cleaned all up when done, would recommend them
OMG!!! These guys are AMAZING!!! Super professional, extremely hard working, very nice and easy to work withMy husband and I bought a fixer upper in Fort Myers about a year ago and put off fixing the irrigation system because we thought it would be too big of a project and cost way too muchWell, today they showed up at 2:15pm and fixed what needed to be fixed, got our pump back up and working, replaced all the sprinkler heads (19) and they just finished up and its 6:00pm!!!!! I mean ...WHO works that fast!!!!! ANNNND the price was very reasonableThey even let me do an interest free payment plan!!! We didn't need to replace the pump which I would imagine it could be easy for companies to say you'd need to replace it to make more money...but not these guys!!! Anyways - if you need an irrigation system call Five Star!!!!! You'll be so glad you did!!! Now, I'm going to pour myself a glass of wine and go sit on my lanai and watch my lawn get watered ;)

I was in dire need of sprinkler repairs at my second home in Florida. Only being on site there for a week was probably expecting a lot from any company but Five Star answered my call and came out within the time period stated, evaluated all my issues, provided an estimate and when I said OK let's do it I was happily surprised that they got on with the remedial work immediately !
The team of guys worked extremely well together with their leader organizing the flow of work very efficiently and after about 2 hours I had a system that exceeded the original by far with 100% lawn coverage.
Their recommendations for moving and adding sprinkler heads was spot on and the follow on with full explanation of the entire system was great never having had that in depth tutorial before.
The work represented good value and was performed in short order, busy people get things done!

I recently called Five Star Irrigation (found thru the local listings) with a concern on my sprinkler system zones. The response was they would be out the next day ! AND they WERE ! The professional and courtesy service I received was far beyond any I have experienced here in the Cape and being a single woman, I am always very skeptical. I actually told my co-worker.. Oh my GOSH ! !!! This company not only shows up, which is rare, but was on time and actually did the work ! A fabulous company and I will certainly recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances. I am very pleased and appreciate the honesty they show and the quality of work they performed. I have to say as I did this all by telephone and was not onsite when the work was evaluated.. They did an amazing job and I was overjoyed when I arrived home to a perfectly marked lawn as to where my sprinklers are and that they now actually work properly ! Just had my whole irrigation system repaired by Five Star of Cape Coral, Fl. They were organized, efficient, clear in explaining what needed fixing and very fair in pricing. The work was done well and they made sure I checked it all over with them and was satisfied with the work. I give them a big 5 stars. Will plan I using them in the future.
I had this company fix my sprinklers last May. The work was done in a rapid manner. I mentioned that I did not think one of the sprinklers would cover the shrubs in on area. He dismissed my concern saying it would. I lost two of the shrubs in this area. Yesterday, he visited my neighbor and I asked him to just tweak that sprinkler and one other that was hitting a window. For someone in business, his response was an immediate, I don't have time without letting me explain it would take less than 5 minutes. He finally relented and it did in fact take less than 5 minutes. His reaction to customers is plain rude.
I called 5 Star to move a couple of sprinkler heads that a fence company put my fence on top of. They came out and not only moved those heads, but reviewed the whole system and gave me an estimate to make the system correct. I accepted the bid and the crew was done in less than an hour. They are my sprinkler system company from now own.
I called Mark and his crew late on a Friday afternoon when I discovered that my timer box was not working. My lawn was in bad shape and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Five Star Irrigation was quick to answer the phone, and said that they'd be at my house in 2-3 hours. They arrived at 6:30 p.m. and replaced my timer box. When they left, my sprinkler system was up and running. They were very professional and did a great job. Mark had everything he needed on his truck to fix my sprinklers. I'm a very satisfied customer. Do yourself a favor and call Mark and his crew at Five Star Irrigation Services, you'll be happy you did. Thank you Five Star Irrigation !
