I recently called Five Star Irrigation (found thru the local listings) with a concern on my sprinkler system zonesThe response was they would be out the next day ! AND they WERE ! The professional and courtesy service I received was far beyond any I have experienced here in the Cape and being a single woman, I am always very skepticalI actually told my co-workerOh my GOSH ! !!! This company not only shows up, which is rare, but was on time and actually did the work ! A fabulous company and I will certainly recommend them to all my friends and acquaintancesI am very pleased and appreciate the honesty they show and the quality of work they performed I have to say as I did this all by telephone and was not onsite when the work was evaluatedThey did an amazing job and I was overjoyed when I arrived home to a perfectly marked lawn as to where my sprinklers are and that they now actually work properly ! I called Star to move a couple of sprinkler heads that a fence company put my fence on top ofThey came out and not only moved those heads, but reviewed the whole system and gave me an estimate to make the system correctI accepted the bid and the crew was done in less than an hourThey are my sprinkler system company from now own
I called Mark and his crew late on a Friday afternoon when I discovered that my timer box was not working My lawn was in bad shape and I needed it fixed as soon as possible Five Star Irrigation was quick to answer the phone, and said that they'd be at my house in 2-hours They arrived at 6:p.mand replaced my timer box When they left, my sprinkler system was up and running They were very professional and did a great job Mark had everything he needed on his truck to fix my sprinklers I'm a very satisfied customer Do yourself a favor and call Mark and his crew at Five Star Irrigation Services, you'll be happy you didThank you Five Star Irrigation !
I had this company fix my sprinklers last MayThe work was done in a rapid mannerI mentioned that I did not think one of the sprinklers would cover the shrubs in on areaHe dismissed my concern saying it wouldI lost two of the shrubs in this areaYesterday, he visited my neighbor and I asked him to just tweak that sprinkler and one other that was hitting a windowFor someone in business, his response was an immediate, I don't have time without letting me explain it would take less than minutesHe finally relented and it did in fact take less than minutesHis reaction to customers is plain rude
