I used this company in November 2013 for my household move.
I found this company very accommodating.
The move was very smooth and efficient. I would recommend Five star movers for all your moving needs.
His men dragged my mattress and mattress topper on the ground, and broke my table. When I called to complain, he told me it wasn't his problem. The manager was very unprofessional. Customer service is shoddy, and the movers have no respect for other people's property. I would recommend choosing a different company.
Very satisfied with my move. The 2-man crew was right on time, very careful with my stuff, polite and clean. They didn't leave any marks in the old or new house (they had carpets and shoe protection) and their service was excellent. You could tell they were careful with little details on how they loaded the truck and protected stuff, or how they would not make things slide on the floor but rather hold them.
Everyone at Five Star Movers were professional and on time. They took great care to keep our new home clean as they moved our things in. I highly recommend them
