Review: I did not receive the services I paid for. When I brought it up to the employee she said she would charge me $10 less. Then she handed me a receipt for the full amount. She refused to fix it. Then I called the manager who said since they are paid commission he would lose money if he refunded me.

Company called and stated they have different prices for pedicure services. The #2 pedi is $25. The consumer paid for the pedi and was then upset because she wanted her callus on her foot to be gone. I let her know that she needs to come back regularly to work on that area and the consumer got mad. The consumer spoke with an employee who stated that they could not give a discount as the manager would get mad. We provided the services that were paid for. The consumer wanted more then could be done.
