Let me start out by saying we value Mr*** as a customer and are sorry he feels this wayWe did try to do the right thing by fixing the transmission at no charge to Mr. *** as a gesture of good will. Please note the vehicle was sold and that paperwork
can be provided With that being said, Mr*** has not ever expressed any concern to the management of Five Star Nissan since he has picked it up from the transmission repair. Regarding the values Mr*** had financed $and as of a year later I have attached the Nada values showing retail is now showing it worth ( a year later with no adds). The trade value is $6775. We would be glad to try to assist Mr*** in trading our of the subject vehicle. I can be reached at ###-###-####

We have talked to Mr***, He came to our store on December 30, when he had arrived he had brought his own diagnostic machineCustomer knew there was a problem with the truck and that is why he was buying it so much cheaper than it should have been priced forThat is why he came from
hours away was because of priceBut Mr*** told me himself that he would gamble with the truckI am sorry he took a chance and does not like the outcome but if I had fixed the truck I would have never sold it for what he paid for it

Please look at previous responses this customer sends the same complaint every weekAnd just for reference customer knew there was a problem that is why he bought it for 15,when even nearly months later the vehicle has a retail value of over 20,We are not going to fix this truck cause we sold it AS/IS customer was aware of mechanical problems when he purchased itHe told me he was going take a chance on this truck and we are sorry that it did not work out in his favor, but it was his choice to do so this vehicle had 154,miles at time of purchase and is not covered under warranty

It does not seem that this will ever be resolvedAs I previously stated, I went to the business to ask for a refund due to them increasing the price of the vehicle by $My concern is how many other people have they done this to? I was not contacting the Revdex.com to be s mediator between myself and starSomeone needs to check their business recordsHave them to pull the online price of the vehicle and check it against my contract

We are sorry for any confusion but it states on the rules that if your winning numbers matches any of the winning numbers you win 1 of the 4 prizes. We have attached a copy of the mail piece with my reply. And as for her daughter we never had any Mail prize piece with a Tv giveaway. And the prize...

she won was not a cruise it was a 3 day 2 night vacation to over 50 locations.

First and foremost, we value Ms. [redacted] as a customer and we are sorry that Ms. [redacted] did not like her selection of vehicles. This was not something she bought spur of the moment. Ms. [redacted] came to the dealership after researching vehicles online and actually  brought in our...

internet price on the Altima of  $19995,  which was the first car she wanted. To earn her business we actually sold her that vehicle for $18995 after she negotiated her deal. She came back after Thanksgiving and wanted to return said vehicle.  We told here that was not an option so she decided to trade the Altima in on a new Rogue.   Ms. [redacted] is failing to tell your office about the sales prices, which she was totally aware at signing,  is that we had to show more for her trade to get her approved at the bank. We adjusted the sales price to show full payoff and equity in trade. Sales price on Rogue was 31,679 -2250 rebate which came to 29,429 and at that sales price we gave her 25,800.00 for a vehicle she paid 18995+ leather so 19995.00, and we also applied the 3850 in cancellations from previous deal. Mrs. [redacted] only financed $25,580.00 on this new vehicle that cost more than the initial vehicle selected and that included adding leather to this vehicle. She was perfectly happy, and told our [redacted], Owner Loyalty Manager, that she was extremely happy with Five Star Nissan and her new Rogue. We gave her a Rogue, with more options than the one she bought, to use while we were having leather installed, and then she wanted to buy that vehicle.  We could not get her financed on a new SL Rogue similar to the one she drove.  She has called several times going over the figures and has agreed she understands.  She has called back since, complaining about the figures again, and we have offered to have her come in we will go over them again.  As of this writing, she has yet to show up.  Five Star Nissan of Albany spent several hours with Ms. [redacted] on both car deals and she left happy after the completion of both.  We are sorry we could not get her financed on the third earlier mentioned vehicle.

We are sorry for the time delay on this matter sometimes it may take a little longer than we like to receive titles on cars we have to wait for them to be mailed to us and in Georgia it can take 30-45 days to receive them. But the check and title for your car was overnighted on 03/18/15 and you...

We had ordered the tow package for this vehicle and the company had told us they where having it delivered directly to his house. We had not heard back from the customer and assumed it was delivered. If you could send me a receipt for your work done I will see what I can do to correct this. Thanks

No I don't agree with what they are saying, My Claim Prize Match was 10Z46,,And the Prize Above it was for the 50.00 Gift Card as you can see on the Brochure,,And when I say my Grandaughter, I was saying you all sent her something before about 2 years ago about a TV,,,same thing happened, when she went, you Salesmen tried to get her Purchase a Card,, I didn't get the Match for the Vacation or Cruise , So Why would It not say that on the Brochure to be specific? So are you saying Everybody has the Same Match Numbers 10Z46,,and everybody gets a Vacation? Ok ,,,This is still False Advertisement!!!!!And Needs to be Reported.

We are sorry for any inconvenience. The mail piece states the numbers must match and that you must bring it to the store to verify winning numbers. It also has the odds of winning on it and this mail piece was approved by the office of Consumer Affairs.

I was looking to buy a car and I knew that Sonyette Fleming worked at The Five Star Nissan of Albany and I asked her what did I need to do. The first think she asked was how good was my credit. I informed her it wasn't very good and that I just had a car repossessed., She has a very good customer service skills and knew how to answer my questions.
