It is my understanding that our crew came to your house to address the drywall prep around Sept 19. They planned to meet you to go over drywall concerns and were told not to continue the work. You also mentioned trying to contact [redacted] who no longer works with us. It is best to...
call our office rather than contacting the crew directly so we can schedule a time to review the areas of concern.As they our crew has attempted to fix the drywall and you are dissatisfied with this part of the job I would be willing to take this portion off of the bill. Our office manager has not processed the card you provided. We were holding this until the drywall issue was resolved. As this is the smaller portion of the entire job I would offer to take 25% off the total, $550. If this is agreeable I will have our office manager run the payment in the amount of $1649.61.Let me know if this works and we'll get this processed on Monday.Sincerely,[redacted]
