Five Star Painting has done an excellent job at our house. They are very detailed oriented, very polite, always on time, easy to deal with and always available by phone. They cleaned perfectly after them every night. Our carpets are still as white as they were before. Thanks for doing such a great job. We can highly recommend them!

Painting the exterior is a tremendously big decision, one that shouldn't be taken lightly. In the grand scheme of things, it is considered a big ticket purchase of a service. Above all, there are many variables to consider: the painting company, the cost, the service/warranty, products etc. We entertained a few quotes/estimates and we decided to go with Five Star Painting. Mike & Iliana were great to work with. They took the time to educate us & assure us through the process as we were new to the concept of exterior painting. They answered our questions in a timely fashion and made sure all the products we wanted were used. We wanted durability (longevity), protection and good quality during our quoting process. In the end, it was their relationship management skills and walking us through everything, making sure we got the right products and quality of workmanship were top of mind that made us truly feel comfortable with our decision to go with Five Star. The two year warranty on labour and the 15 year plus product warranty also helped with the decision making. We don't live in the house currently but should we find any deficiencies in the near future, we were assured that they are always a phone call away to assist.

My husband and I recently had our huge, old deck and our house's outside trim painted by Five Star Painting.
My husband and I first met with the owner who gave us all the information we needed and left us with a folder with all the information we needed and more.
Before the work started, we were introduced to the foreman responsible for the work as well as the consumer rep who would be our contact throughout the periods before, during and after the painting.
The painters were excellent: respectful in our dealings and open to any questions we might have.
We whole-heartedly recommend this firm.

I must commend Five Star Painting on a job well done. Although they were busy, Five Star were able to schedule our painting requirements with short notice. We had one part of the ceiling that required a lot of patching and we werne't sure if it was possible. When I saw the result, I was ecstatic. They had also finished the painting much quicker than I had expected. I would highly recommend Five Star Painting.
