Do not waste your time or moneyHorrible painters! This company should not be allowed to do businessAfter the project manager Sarah saw the work, she insisted she would make it right, the owner Mark showed up at my house to apologize but did nothing to make it rightThe paint job was horrible!! My brand new home had paint on the cabniets, floors, bedding, everywhere! The lines were uneven and visible all over the ceiling and baseboardsWhat was supposed to be a two day job took two and a half weeks to completedThey never showed the first day and never once showed up on timeI'm talking hours after they say they would be thereI paid over $3,for a small new build bedroom ranchI was taken advantage of and lied toI hope no one has to go through what I did!

Five Star Painting did a great job for us painting three roomThey finished ahead of time, did an excellent job covering imperfections in the walls, and charged a fair priceI will definitely hire them again soon to paint the rest of the house!

The damage done to my floors is still not remedied. I contacted the insurance company directly and filed a claim. When they ran the claim through MrH* for approval, he denied the claim. I would appreciate MrH*'s response on why he denied my claim. If this could have been fixed back in August then I see no reason why the matter cannot be fixed now instead. If MrH* is sincere in his claims of excellent customer service and professionalism then please feel free to send the insurance adjuster to my home in order to start resolution on this matter.Sincerely,*** ***

Thank you for the opportunity to let us tell our side of the story Back in August we did an interior project for Ms*** *** We completed her project on time and did a final walk thru with her She had NO problem with our painting workmanship as we did a great job painting
her walls and she sign off on painting punch list
However, she forgot to mentioned that she still OWES us money for the remaining balance of her interior painting project because she accused us of scratching her hardwood floors Her hardwood floors were ALREADY damaged with multiple scratches and dirty BEFORE we started her painting project Please keep in mind Ms*** floors has not be resurfaced for plus years as she has cats and she also wears shoes in the house
With every interior project we always asked the customer to move furniture and take off any pictures off the wall prior to starting the interior project We also put drop cloths down on the floors to protect the floors and cover any furniture will plastic Also our ladders have rubber pads on the bottom to protect the floors
After the final walk thru with Ms*** she decided not to pay for the work done and accused us of creating MINOR scratches on her floors On top of that, she demanded us to give her an ENTIRE new hardwood floors and hotel accommodations We did not scratched her hardwood floors To us that was really unfair, unreasonable and baseless
We first offered her to go thru our insurance company to file a claim as they will send out an adjuster to determined if we scratched her floors or not She refused because she did not want to deal with the insurance company at the time This could have been resolved back in August of if she choose Our goal as a company is to always provide excellent customer service and be professional at all times We gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried to resolve the situation in August However, she kept insisting on getting new hardwood floors and refused to pay us

We did not damaged Ms*** floors Ms*** floors were damaged PRIOR to us starting the project We do not control the adjuster's schedule

Mark is very professional and quick to respond to the jobsI have sent him many of my own clients and he will jump on the job as soon as he can, and he communicates with his clientsHe is honest and trueThere is not another painter I'd send to my clients or for myselfMark *** with Five Star Painting is wonderful!

Five Star is a tough company to work with. Not only did it take forever to get them to come out for a bid, when they scheduled the work, they no showed and then no called when we spoke with their admin. Very unprofessional

Mark and his crew/s have painted many projects over these many years - both commercial and residential. I have used many painters prior, and there is no one that I will ever refer to other than 5+Star. He has always been very professional and cares deeply about the quality of paint, and that the job meets beyond my expectations. The walk-thru post completion is great. If we find anything, it is fixed to satisfaction immediately. Mark is, and always will be my go-to painter.

I loved working with 5 star painting! They showed up on time, and did a great job. Everything that was listed in the estimate was done correctly. I would highly recommend 5 star painting!
