It has been brought to my attention that you have submitted questions on the service from October 2015-July 2016. I have pulled all of the service records during this time period (see attached). There are 3 months that cannot locate service slips on in the files. February 2016, April 2016, and June 2016. Though service was not rendered, you were billed, and we did receive payment. The monthly pest control maintenance program for your property is 65.00 per month. The total for the three months is $195.00 which we are reimbursing to you with the enclosed check. Your service was formally cancelled on 8/6/2016 per an e-mail request. Also, the invoices for July 2016 and August 2016 which have not yet been paid will be credited. I apologize for the miscommunication that led to your request not being addressed in a timely manner. Again, thank you for allowing AGPEST to provide service to you since 2012. Please feel free to contact me with any concerns or questions you may have.
