We did deliver everything she ordered. Her Facebook posts, Award Emblem, Premium Profile and so on. We made three attempts to reach her to resolve any issues and she refused to talk with us. Despite all that we are processing a complete refund for her. Our head of sales will
be contacting her by email this week to let her know we are refunding all her money

We agree that we did not get his brochures sent out in a timeley manor.  We are more than happy to issue him a full refund.  However we do need updated credit card information because the transaction was in 2016.  According to our notes we are having some difficulty getting that...

credit card info.  We will reach out to him again to get the updated credit card information and immediately issue a refund.

[redacted] purchased the Platinum Package, all products were delivered to her.  She had to complete some items for the digital remarketing tools which she never did so we could not complete her remarketing.  After receiving all of the products she stopped making her monthly payments. No...

one pays for the Five Star Professional Award.  More than half of our winners never purchase marketing tools from us. Many of those people are multiyear winners.  No one is taken out of consideration for the award because they choose not to purchase marketing tools. I am sorry that Ms. [redacted] had a bad experience with Five Star Professional.  Multiple attempts were made to make her happy.  We will remove her from collections and not attempt to recover the money she owes Five Star Professional.
