response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It appears to be the letter that the Urgent Care center sent to the collection agency to have the account deleted. I will need a creditor letter from the collection agency stating that they are deleting the account from the credit report. It will need to be from the collection agency and have the correct account number on the letter. I was told as stated before by a rep from urgent care in form of an email that she spoke to her contact at the collection agency and this would be removed from my credit report.  Regards,

Revdex.com spoke to Kim at business. Revdex.com requested and received the collection agency contact name and number. [redacted] collection agency did confirm that the account was placed with their office in error and on 9/29/15 it was requested to the credit bureaus to delete. This should have been done by now. [redacted] at [redacted], ###-###-####, informed Revdex.com that if it has not been deleted from all 3 reporting bureaus that the consumer should call him and he will request that it be deleted again.
