Five Star claims that they addressed every complaint that we had. This is absolutely false. Their handyman addressed "the most dangerous issues" during our stay. Most items were not fixed or repaired.The house is not as is described on their website. I stand by my claim that this company engages in advertising.And to address the claim that they get rave reviews: I have since looked up this company on yelp, tripadvisor, and other comparable sites. I've found that many people have the same complaints that I do - the houses are not nearly up to the standards to which they are advertised, and the customer service is absolutely terrible.In no way do I find their response acceptable

This is a DUPLICATE RESPONSE, after receiving a DUPLICATE RESPONSE from the business. This company simply misrepresents their products and provides terrible customer service. Their rating should absolutely be docked

The company's response is ridiculous. We will never rent using this company again. They are right, I am disgruntled - for being deceived on the type of home we were renting (sub-par at best) and the treatment I received after our stay. I never requested a "free" stay. This is the assumption of a deceitful and dishonest person, which is a true reflection on their company.This could be resolved if the company had offered any shred of common decency - an apology, a partial refund. But no such effort was made. Most definitely not run as any accredited Revdex.com business should be

This is a disgruntle guest as she disputed her entire charge on [redacted] and lost.  I don't see us having a amicable agreement here.  There was absolutely nothing wrong with the home that would entitle this guest to a full refund.  This is a dishonest attempt to receive a free trip, no requests from guest have been reasonable.
