Fix a Roof, Inc.

Review: I left a voicemail for Fix A Roof on October [redacted] 2015 to inquire about repairs on the roof of my home.

I received a call back and arranged to have someone come out on the week of November the [redacted] 2015.

A technician named Oscar, representing this company, arrived at my home and apparently repaired the roof. I paid him $400.00 in cash and requested a reciept, however Oscar said that he did not have his reciept book and that he could email me a reciept. I took his word for it and waited to receive a reciept via email.

A couple of weeks went by and I did not hear anything. I called the Fix A Roof number and left multiple voicemails over the next few weeks. I also sent an email on December [redacted] and December [redacted] to two separate emails ([redacted] & [redacted]) which were advertised on their website. My inquiries were in regards to getting a reciept so that I could supply it to my landlord and possibly be reimbursed for the work on the roof that I footed the bill for.

All of my email inquiries, phone calls, and voicemails have gone unanswered. I need a reciept for the work they have done, but with their lack of response it seems more and more apparent that I've been scammed by this company and that the work that they've done on my roof will not hold up as they seem to refuse to take reaponsibility for it.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to receive an official reciept from this company for the amount that I paid their employee and a warranty on the work that they completed.

The date should include the amount paid, contact information for the company and the address where the work took place. It should also indicate that this amount was paid in cash and took place in November of 2015.

I would appreciate receiving this in a timely fashion.
