This is to let know that [redacted] Knew the circumstances, because she agreed to buy and bring the parts that was needed for her car to us the shop. But there were other  parts that were needed, but she could not afford financially. Because she was paying out of pocket. for example...

that the Lt frame rail that she is complaining that needed welded, I had advise her that, that  part needed to be replaced and so I told her that I would do the best that I can to repair it if she could not afford to replace it and that there was not a guarantee on repairing it.I am sending you document that were signed and agreed with the understanding that there was No Warranty or Guarantee of the outcome and when she left the shop with her car, she was aware of the imperfection and issues.Fix auto Collision inform her that her car needed mechanical work, screws and parts Front Grille needed to be replace. She understood and  said "Don't worry my Husband will take care of the rest and other parts that my car needed".       I am sending a copy of the invoice which shows that she only paid $1420.00  for Labor only which includes $185.00 for a tow bill that originally we pay for her. We Also allowed her to bring us all the Recycle/used parts and some Aftermarket parts and used Fix Auto Collision Account to purchase her parts at our Cost.Fix auto collision will be glad to help her fix the small details but originally when she call she was very rude and disrespectful. Which I don't understand because we had gone over everything before she took the car out of the shop and was very happy.                  please feel free to contact me at  [redacted]
