I am rejecting this response because:First, thank you for your assistance! If it wasn't for Revdex.com I wouldn't have gotten this detail information regarding our account and Kit Carson's acknowledgement of our propane tank purchase in and their reversal of the rental feesThank you!After reviewing their records, another credit appears to be appropriateWe were charged the propane member rate for years, then suddenly are charged the higher non-member rate for propane.Why did this change? This charge doesn't coincide with our purchase of the propane tank and we were never told of this change in our status or we would have looked elsewhere for propane.

Just to clarify for other Kit Carson customers, the management says we owe for 2 past deliveries that allegedly took place over one year ago. They said that instead of accounting for our purchase of the tank (one year prior), they charged those deliveries to the surplus of funds in our account. We never received an invoice and have no way of proving that we paid for the alleged deliveries over one year ago.We recently paid what Kit Carson says we owed them.  We closed our account due to their poor accounting, management and poor customer service handling this situation.
