We are very sorry to hear about your unwanted phone calls.
However, it appears you have us mixed up with another company. WeFixMoney.com
does not and never has had an outbound phone service. We have also never sold
any data and have a firm policy preventing that. Further, only applicants that
were matched with one of our lenders would ever receive a call from anyone.
Quite simply if we do not match our customers with a lender they will not ever
hear from us or our partners. Of greater concern is we don’t see any data in
our system that shows a customer with the name “[redacted]” in the
Missouri area. We also take customer service very seriously and will always be
willing to help you with any questions you may have. If you ever want to ever
deal with us directly, you can contact us anytime at [email protected] and
you will get a response within 24 hours. If you would like to talk to me in
person I can be reached ###-###-####.

We pride ourselves in our customer service and feel terrible
about your experience--unfortunately it is not with us.

Sincerely,
The WeFixMoney.com Customer Care Team

Review: Filled out a form with my personal information online on 8/21/2013 for what I thought was a legit company offering Pay Day loans. The next day I received numerous phone calls, specifically from one "company" stating that they had an affadavit with my name and they charging me with federal crimes and that a warrant for my arrest was in process. The man said he was calling from the [redacted] about a cash advance loan. He said money was deposited into my account and they were unable to retreive it. I spoke with my personal bank and no such money has been deposited. All men who have called have very thick accents, sounds like a calling center overseas , but man on the phone stated they were based in NY. I told the man I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com for his threats and harrassment, and he then said to go ahead but that they will show up at my house and repeated my home address.Desired Settlement: Would like for the harrasing phone calls to stop. I believe my personal information was sold to a 3rd party or maybe the company, wefixmoney.com , themselves conduct this type of calls.

Response:

Review: contacted them regarding a pay day loan and they denied me. Suddenly started receiving literally hundreds of calls to my cell phone regarding loans. They obtained my number from we fix money. I want it to STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I want them to delete all of my information. I never would have submitted my info if they did not claim that all are eligible for the loan.

Business

Response:

Review: I completed an application with on the on-line wefixmoney.com in 2011. I did not proceed or accept any of the offers. I have reason to believe that this company has sold my information to companies that maybe involved in unethical money laundering practices as well as keeping my application in circulation for as long as they have. I was contacted by a quote unquote law firm at work demanding a settlement or that they would process charges with the attorney general. I told them I would have them reported for fraud and they have not contacted me. I then received another call at work out of Florida for an attorney telling me that I had failed to comply with the repayment of a payday loan. He had my personal information and was very aggressive. It was when I [redacted] the reverse phone number and saw that the number associated was with a fraud scam. I called him back and advised him that I was aware of his scheme and it would benefit him to not contact me as I would record the conversation and have him reported for fraud. I then received a call from Delaware called [redacted] or [redacted] and they indicated that they wanted to complete my appliication for a pay day loan. I advised the young man that I have not completed an application on line since 2011 and for him to stop calling me. It is within the best interest of the Revdex.com to investigate this companies practices as it is unbelievable that an application stays on file longer than 30 days. It is unbelievable that I would still be getting contacted at work because the celll phone number on the application is no longer my number. The people that call me do not even know how to pronounce my name or speak fluent and they always call from numbers that are associated with fraud. I strongly believe that this company is sellinng or providing information to fradulent people who in turn use aggressive and unethical collection activities for transacations that have never occured. I also believe that they are still selling my information to companies who are providing pay day loans of which as I have verbally told them before, I am not interested and it was a mistake for me to complete the application in 2011. Why they are still calling me at work is mind boggling and how they fraud people got my information is unbelievable as well. This is some sort of money laundering activities that is obtaining information through means of acting as they will provide financial help. By the time you complete the information they have your name, social, bank account numbers and this is all the infomation most fraudsters need to perpetrate FRAUD!!!!!!!! This company is selling infomation and could be providing more information to people who perpetrate ssn fraud as well as many other types of fraud. They need to be thoroughly investigated.Desired Settlement: Stop Contacting Me and stop circulating my information to companies and fraudulent people 3-4 years after I completed an application in which I was contacted and immediately advised that I was not interested.

Review: This all started when I heard a radio advertisment on my local radio station [redacted]. The company said get a loan fast, I thought the company was legit so I went the website to inquiry abdout a loan which I never took out or recieved. This is when I became a victim of this ongoing scam. Again I never accepted nor received any monies from a financial institution. Now I get harassing phone calls from different companies say I took out loans from places I never heard of and they are threanting me, calling my JOB, and my mom and not to mention they have all my private personal info that scares me. I have placed fraud alerts on all my accounts, but calls wont stop. Once I tell the companies that I never had a loan they threanten to arrest me, come to my job and call the Federal agents to come arrest me. I just recieved a call this morning for a Agent whoever. THIS MUS STOP. if this company was legit then they why the harassing phone calls. This company must be stopped they are preying on the Urban community with their radio advertisments.Desired Settlement: I want the company to be stopped. put out of business for illegal business pratices, and all harassing calls to my job, cell phone, family and friends to be stopped.
