We accept responsibility for the issues at hand and we completely understand Ms*** concernsWe subcontracted this installation out to *** *** and unfortunately this is the outcome We have spoken with Ms*** and will provide the following requested information over to her in hopes of resolution My office manager is going to send out all paperwork as soon as possibleWe do need to send our installation manager out to do a quality inspection and gather system information needed to process all paperwork and provide Ms *** with everything she has requested We will work on this now and then follow up with both ms*** and Revdex.com to see if resolution has been reachedPlease allow more time as we have already spoken with the customer and would still like the opportunity to make the corrections needed.

hello ***, I am sorry to hear that you had a terrible experience with my call centerThank you for the feedback I have told my call center to leave the diagnostics stick and parts pricing to my experienced technicians only I don't want my customers to experience
miscommunication like this anymore I would gladly refund you your money if you like.

I am rejecting this response because when I look at the attachment it doesn't tell me what I purchased since I was never given an itemized list of what I purchasedI was told I purchased a unit that would qualify for a rebate through cps What did I purchase? I don't accept their explanation about the discount I was to receive I looked up *** ***'s name on Texas licensing website and nothing shows up What is his license number? Is it legal for someone who is not licensed to install an ac unit? :

I have attached my system pricing sheet to show discounts were applied to system install*** *** is a past subcontractor I used and apologize for any miss leading informationSystem still has all the warranties and has now passed city inspectionsI hope this answers your questions
